Hotel Bannatyne Durham
Overall experience ok, staff friendly but only one staff at the morning breakfast and have to wait for 20 mins just to order. Room was basic for Bannatyne standard. Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough
Room basic which was fine we didn’t expect it to be amazing. Bed really comfortable. Needs a new tv and a lot of mould round the shower. Room was quite dusty in places. Breakfast was ok standard hotel buffet. Pool was lovely to unwind. Staff on reception amazing very friendly
