Newly constructed July 2023! Open living room kitchen area makes for great entertaining. Split bedroom with master bedroom (Queen Bed) on one end with own private walk-in shower bath. Other side of house has 2 bedrooms (Queen bed in one room; full bed and bunkbeds in the other) with tub/shower bath in-between. 2 blocks from Cabin's At Stockton Lake and 3 blocks from The Venue At Stockton Lake. 2 miles to Orleans Trail Marina and Restaurant. #cabinsatstocktonlake #thevenueatstocktonlake

Property was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and nice. Our son was playing in a golf tourn in Bolivar and this property was a much better option than any of the nearby hotel options. We enjoyed all the extra space and extra bathroom as there were 4 of us staying. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area in the future.

Quite Little Placecw Everything You'll Need

We needed a place to stay to for the Sac River Music Fest in nearby Caplinger Mills This was perfect for our group of 6. The weekend was HOT and the AC worked great. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, dishes and cookware.

Cozy and Just Right

This property was very conveniently located in town near the Venue and cabins. It was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect little home away from home while we were in town for a wedding. Would definitely stay here again.

Wish we had more time

The house was immaculate; all rooms were clean. We enjoyed the accommodations. The house felt “homey”. Host was very accommodating and easy to contact. All of the information was laid out in a small binder. Lake was easy to get to. Easy to find whatever we needed in town. We all enjoyed our stay except for the rain. We needed another day to make up for that. Otherwise, everyone had a great time.

Over all a good stay!

It was a clean, relaxing place for our family to have a nice weekend. The neighborhood was quiet even tho it was New Years Eve. The host was great with helping me book a second night after having trouble getting the app to add on another night. I will say that personally we are sensitive to fragranced linens and they are very scented at this house and maybe some things like extra trash bags would be nice! The fire pit was fun as well.

Beautiful Property

What a beautiful property! Absolutely love the layout and looks of this home. We will definitely book again next time we come to Stockton. Host was easy and great to work with as well.

Last minute Stay

The place is very nice. It’s missing a few essentials in the kitchen and bathroom that could be helpful. When we finally got through to the Host, they were very accommodating and pleasant. The contact number listed through VRBO is not correct and it took several attempts calling another cabin rental who actually knew the host so we good get a good number, Thank goodness for small towns. We truly liked the place but it was not easy trying to get a hold of the Host. We were in town for a funeral, so that extra leg work was frustrating. Great place but cannot give the check in 5 stars.

Cabin

Great facility, very clean and excellent for boat parking. Can easily accommodate 3 boats will vehicles and plenty of outdoor receptacles. Only negative was furnishings. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or bathrooms. No soap or shampoo for showers, and only one trash can liner we could find. Fairly well equipped kitchen but a cookie sheet and a strainer should be added. Overall would definitely stay again.

Requests for future guests

Place was clean but needs more kitchen utensils, such as big spoons, spatula, etc.... Also bathrooms need soap and some shelves in showers. More living room seating would be nice for a house that sleeps 8 people.
