"Kevin was a gracious host. He even had the house ready early for us. The house was beautiful, and perfectly set up. It was wonderful to have this comfy home as a resting stop away from my large family during our visit to South Dakota (from Washington state) for my mother's funeral. We enjoyed the kitchen, and the cushy couch. The beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Thank you, Kevin!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as described. Great westerly view to enjoy sunsets. Very spacious, very secure and great location for walking to restaurants, bars and entertainment. "Really enjoyed the Lake House with the Guest Cottage! The property was super clean and looked even better in person! Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and room for our party of 6 teens/6 adults from 3 sets of families! The kitchen appliances are very nice and the kitchen is stocked with extra supplies and utensils.
