"Rooms horrible, online said queen size but the beds are way smaller. Bathroom small, staff are dismissive. The hotel isn't even 2 star status, looks really run down & old, Do not go to this hotel, you will be disappointed 😒. My family will definitely not be staying at any Double tree hilton ever ..."

"Checkin was fine however my personal door used the same code as the front door. The room was filthy with dead cockroaches in the sink, toilet, shower, and about 5 living cockroaches immediately visible in the room. The hallway outside was also filthy with cracked and broken tiles and poor lighting. ..."
