I checked in online and paid for my room and the fees, I just think that this hotel needs to have it written or explained somewhere in their add that they require a $100 dollar deposit for local's to rent a room from your establishment. "Rooms were clean"

"It was small and simple. The person who checked us in was so sweet and funny. I really liked her. They need more than one cart to bring in luggage and I had to ask for an extra wash cloth and hand towel for out room because there was only one of each for 2 people. Other than that, it was a good experience."

"We wanted something within walking distance of the Old Market shops and restaurants. Very convenient with a parking garage. Staff were friendly. Everything was very clean and comfortable."

"Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking is great and easily accessible. Really can’t beat the location! All of Old Town shops and restaurants are within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the Omaha Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great location and kind staff. The ice machines were painfully slow to fill from. We tried the machines on multiple floors. The air conditioning couldn't get the room temp below 74 even with the blinds shut"

"The room was very nice. The Starbucks party for breakfast was not a very good option. The ice machine on the BR level was broken, which is the only one you can use before 8am."
