"I booked through Expedia and they could not find my reservation. Luckily I had the confirmation # and with that they found it finally. Staff member was very polite. Property is clean however in the restroom appeared to be short curly hair around the toilet (yuck) is the reason for 4 star on cleanliness. There is also an odor in the hallways and room. "Nice rooms, clean, great breakfast and hours are great for those that like to sleep in a little longer. The one thing I wish they would change is the coffee maker in the room. Put a Keurig in and take out the cheap coffee maker. Only fitting to have a quality coffee maker in a quality hotel and room."

"Liked all the space. Roomy. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff at the deskvery nice Couch had stains on tbe custons, hair on the shower walls when we arrived, but oher than those small issues, i would be back."

"When we checked in we were made aware that the internet was out. The young lady at the desk was nice and let us know she wasn't sure when the internet would be back. We went ahead and checked in because we were planning on being there for 5 days so we werent worried about it. By the time we went to bed it was back on. That night we had an issue with our towels i went down stairs and no one was at the desk. So we tried to get ahold of someone and we didn't so i waited until morning and the day...

"All of the staff was excellent, and the room was clean & comfortable. I needed to stay for a couple of nights to be near the hospital so I didn't spend a large amount of time at the property. There were some noisy guests during my stay & elevator techs were servicing the property when I arrived, but this was the smallest inconvenience that & not a big deal at all. Can't say enough positive things about the front desk & breakfast crew -- really made a positive impact when I needed it the most....
