"Every was exactly as described. Very remote cabin on the river with wonderful neighbors not too close by. Very clean and upgraded property with amazing sunsets. I would definitely recommend."

"This house was the perfect place to host our girls weekend! There are plenty of beds and everyone slept comfortably. The property is about 20 minutes away from the Smithville businesses and we had no issues getting Ubers to our plans. 10/10 would recommend "

"Historic home in a part of St Joseph I think that is called Museum Hill. James has done a great job of restoring the home it is a nice and comfortable place to stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay in the cozy cottage. The furnishings were just right and everything was there that we needed for our stay. I would 100% recommend this place."

"Fresh paint and looked new. Good beds. Only thing I would suggest is more patio seating. "

"The cabin itself was clean and was located very close to the river which we wanted. The neighbors rv's and camping trailers and then like a boat storage place. There weren't outdoor seats to enjoy the view like the pictures. I was looking forward to a nice bonfire but without chairs we decided to stay inside (weather got bad anyway)"

"Very peacful and secluded. An hour away from Kansas City and other attractions. Extremely clean and well kept. Highly recommend. "

"David met us and toured through the house at check in. Friendly and informative. Very clean and smelled nice. Games available . He was very accessible. He was also very familiar with St. Joseph and gave suggestions. Much better than booking 2 hotel rooms for 3 adults and 2 kids. "
