"First night temperature in the master bedroom as 83 degrees and I could not sleep. Had the cooling turned on but hot air had come out. I decided to turn off all switches to the units and open four windows on the bottom in the master bedroom"

The bed was so comfortable and the appointments made the entire house comfortable and beautiful. The views of the ocean from every single room make it feel almost as if you are living ..."

"The hot tub was great. The house itself was in dire need of maintenance-paint, upgrading, etc. Broken latch on casement window. As I said the hot tub was wonderful but the area around it looked like it had not been swept in weeks. The landscaping around the house was grossly unkept. The view was ..."
