"Their prime rib advertisement is very misleading. They have it on the huge video board at check-in as being $17.99 with voucher yet the villed price is $39.99. The stairs in the Del Soul restaurant are filthy. We almost left because of that The floor of the shower in room 1735 was so slippery when wet that we had to place a towel to stand on so we wouldn't fall."

"Enjoyed staying here. It was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean. They have valet parking and assistance handling your luggage at the door. They had overbooked double queen bed rooms (which was what we had booked via Expedia) and offered us a king side bed which wasn't a problem for us. Because we were "inconvenienced" they let us check in early which was a wonderful thing. The restaurant has several restaurants but we chose to eat elsewhere. They offer a breakfast buffet for $20 (adults)...

"Extraordinary room and service. Traveling cross-country and came in late from our previous stop and the guy at the front desk was extremely kind and understanding. Room was like no other and was extremely clean. Would recommend to anyone staying in the South Lake Tahoe area, very friendly and welcoming place to stay!! "

"Decent, but at a price that was more than I would have payed for a nicer, more spacious room at one of the casinos. The breakfast was good, and I liked the coffee and tea that was always available in the lobby. The only thing that irked me was what I would consider deceptive marketing on Expedia that makes it sound like this property is on the beach (and possibly a private one) or at least has beach access. I also found the many florid names suggesting that this is a luxury property...
