"The place was very clean in a great neighborhood. Bedrooms were nice size and the bathrooms were very clean and modern. Will definitely be a repeat here for our next niagara stay. Communication with the owners of the property was very good and fast response. Overall an excellent place to book and stay,"

"I booked this room based on all of the great reviews and it did not disappoint!! The location is great. Is a quiet location yet within walking distance of Clifton hill and the falls. The rooms are practically brand new, clean, and modern and the kids were thrilled to have their own tv in their bedroom. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. This place is great for families or larger groups. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!!"

"Pros: Clean, gorgeous pool, diving board and slide, the beds were all comfortable, loved the location very private, 20–25-minute ride to Niagara Falls, few miles to large grocery store, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Adequate cooking supplies. Well laid out for family. Answered my questions when asked. Very responsive regarding a personal item left at the house. Cons- Minor: No baking sheets or pans. Quirky closets, one had one door, others missing knobs. Minor maintenance issues....
