"The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. "Ein toller Blick sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch von der Terrasse auf den See. Sehr ruhige Lage, großes Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Gute Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Die Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck könnte etwas moderner sein. Eine Lampe am Esstisch und Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer wären vorteilhaft. Das schmälert aber nicht die sehr gute Gesamtbewertung mit problemlosen Kontakt zum Gastgeber. "

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."
