"Excellent location, very near to main station for Uban underground and Tram, and to a main shopping street. Our Standard studio was very comfortable, all facilities as described. Bed very comfortable and place very clean. Appreciated the extra drinks left in fridge. Will definitely stay again. Only issue -could not get any TV channel in English, despite 2 very speedy responses from Customer Team (via email) with detailed suggestions which unfortunately didn't work out. "It was very comfortable stay and close to ring strat and other attractions. Centrally located to metro station and tram stops. Washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Note that there is no one at the reception and you get your access codes to enter the apartment at 3 pm on check in date. Had no issues. The only downside was that there was no way to keep the luggage for couple of hours post check out. "

"Our stay didn’t starts so well hotels.com didn't send us the email we needed to check in but even though the property says no check in desk we meet the owners who helped us check in and everything went smoothly from there, a full kitchens to cook, laundry facilities, lockers Incase you needed to leave your bags till 8pm on your checkout day, yoga mat, high chair for little ones. Spar around the corner and a aisian food store across the road, with lovely dumplings in the freezer. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had all of the items we needed (drying racks for clothes, washer, ac, kitchen space with oil, salt, & pepper, in addition to cooking utensils). We appreciated the shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent (1 load), etc. The apartment was comfortable, the beds slept well, the shower was good (temperature & pressure). The location is excellent. The U is half a block away, two Billas are nearby, and we enjoyed the nearby market,...

"Our best stay in Europe by far! Even though we selected the smallest room, it was so perfectly appointed and hosted. We had everything we needed with a wonderfully comfortable bed and the perfect location. And yes, the croissants are amazing. Thank you Isaak for a wonderful stay!"

"Wir hatten ein Appartement im oberen Stockwerk. Zwei große und bequeme Betten in zwei Räumen, der eine Raum ist mit Kombi Esstisch und Küche und groß. Es sind schöne hohe Räume, die Schrägen stören gar nicht. Es fährt die Schnellbahn nebenan, uns störte das Fahrgeräusch der Züge nicht.Die Kommunikation war super und die Anbindung zur Stadt ist sehr gut. Eine tolle Wohnung zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. "비엔나는 두번째 방문인데,첫번째 방문했을때는 중앙역 노보텔에 묵엇다.비엔나의 외식 물가가 너무 비싸서 이번엔 주방이 있는 곳으로 했는데 너무 만족스러운 여행이였다.비엔나의 마트물가는 비싸지않은편이라서 이틀이상 여행계획이라면 호텔보다는 주방이 있는숙소를 선택하는것이 좋을듯하다.'라파엘프리미엄'숙소는 U6라인이 2분거리에 있는데 그걸타면 서역까지 18분내외로갈수 있다.우리는 잘츠부르크갈때 서역을 이용했다.트램 42번은 5분거리에 있는데 시내 나갈때 주로 이용했다.교통도 나쁘지않고 아파트도 깨끗하고 특히 동네가 너무너무 안전하다.하여튼 6일 여행하면서 불편한건 없었다.만족한다."

"Hotel muy correcto, que a pesar de no estar en el centro tiene muy buena combinación para llegar. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas aunque algo ruidosas por el paso del tren. Para el check-in tuvimos que hacer una cola muy larga y para el check-out también... Además en este caso sólo había una persona atendiendo. Pensamos que por el precio que se paga por noche, para compensar el ruido la lejanía del centro debería incluirse un pequeño desayuno de café y croissant. Los precios de supermercado dentro del hotel y en el bar son caros. A pesar de todo ello estuvimos muy a gusto y lo re comendaríamos porque calidad -precio está bien, teniendo en cuenta el resto."
