    Reservations for 2027 are not yet available as we complete planned waterfront improvements, including the installation of a permanent dock. We expect to open the 2027 calendar in early 2027 and look forward to welcoming guests once these exciting upgrades are complete.

    What truly sets our cottage apart is the privacy. Mature trees line both sides of the property, creating a secluded retreat where you can enjoy the beauty of the bay without feeling crowded by neighbors.

Beautiful views of Lake Ontario. The beach is made of mostly rocks so wear some water shoes for a bit more stability getting in and out of the water. Very spacious property with 3 good sized rooms. Two bathrooms but one is just a powder room, still nice to have the extra toilet for larger groups! The property is a bit dated but well maintained and very clean. Comfortable beds as well. Close to the little village and a neighbour a few roads over sells firewood if you need it. We enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing quiet location

Nice little spot on the relaxing water. Walking distance to the winery was nice too! Family enjoyed it.

Peaceful Lake Stay

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was clean and peaceful, and a great location while in town for a wedding at Colloca winery. We also appreciated the back patio and camp chairs for sitting by the lake.

Blind Sodus Bay is a well kept secret as it is often overlooked in favor of neighboring Little Sodus Bay. However, during the 4th of July timeframe, Little Sodus Bay can be overwhelmed with boats. Blind Sodus Bay never got crowded. In addition, this property has one of the largest fire pits I've ever seen in a backyard. The chairs and circumference accommodated our group well as did the bedrooms, common rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Very clean with great instructions and communication. We hope to stay there again someday. Thank you to our hosts!

Nephew’s wedding

Perfect house close by Fairhaven Beach. We really enjoyed being right on the water and using the paddleboard. Sky was beautiful at night with all of the stars. We really enjoyed our stay wish we could’ve had more time.

The house worked well for my families needs. Great to have a beach for the kiddos. Nice sunsets. Good profits to fair haven beach. The outside areas could have been more appealing

Beautiful Family Vacation!

This place was perfect! Sunsets, huge fire pit, nice entrance into water and perfect amount of land in back of house by water for our endless days of playing cornhole! Was so peaceful and relaxing and the weather was perfect everyday! The house was perfect size for our family of 8 and it was very cozy. We definitely will be coming back!

Awesome lakefront property!

We visit the area once a twice a year to enjoy the amazing fishing that Lake Ontario offers. This is our first time staying at your property. We had a great time! The lakefront back yard was perfect for us to fish between the rain showers and the outdoor firepit was amazing....allowing us to relax and enjoy a couple of beers. I would definitely stay here again!

Lots of Lake FUN!

We were so pleased when we arrived. Everything was as advertised, a cute, cozy lakehouse! We enjoyed swimming, fishing, campfires and paddleboating. The house had Everything we needed and more! The house is located about 15 minutes to the Sterling Renaissance Faire!! It was a great stay and a great time!

Wonderful Stay

Loved the setup of the place the most. Right on the water with a big fire pit! Well stocked kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds, and close to many things! Bring your water shoes but the little beach was a nice bonus! Will be returning for sure!

Great location, wonderful views. Comfortable set up. As is always true, the folks in beds are more comfortable than the ones on the pull out so be thoughtful about how you will arrange your party. We should have put the 12 year olds and on it. Would definitely stay again.

Was a good place to stay but the cleaning needs to be improved... and the opening wiring is just not it when you have littles luckily we didn't stay at the property all day we were just using it to sleep basically, personally I'd never book here again but to each there own if you don't have littles...

We had a wedding close to the vrbo. I had just had surgery on my wrist and looked for a place close to venue. The view of the sunset was beautiful!

The cottage was clean and had plenty of space. Although, kitchen is a bit tight. Being right on the water was wonderful. There were lots of items to help make our stay enjoyable, like board games, paddle boats, kayak. Also, being we came with a 20-month-old, it was great that there was a highchair. Also, had available other baby supplies, like a playpen, bouncing chair. This is a great stay for families. Only downside was trying to figure out light switches and outlets.
