Did this trip with 5 others and it accommodated our needs perfectly. Very reasonable drive to Holiday World as well. "You can’t beat the views from the deck. Great to see the barges float down the river. Cell coverage is difficult (at least with Verizon), but that’s ok so that you can just get away & relax, and enjoy the river life. Took a driving tour along the Ohio River, really enjoyed all the small towns in the area. Great place to get away!"

"Terrific house! Minutes from Rough River Lake boat ramp and state park. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby also. well equipped kitchen and grill made cooking easy. There is a path that leads down to the water. No dock, but we were able to tie our boat up and leave overnight with no issues."

"Tranquil property right on the river. Despite the bad weather Mother Nature decided to bring during our stay, it was still a great getaway with peace, and relaxation. The hot tub was a nice touch to enjoy on the front porch watching the river and all the birds feeding from the birdhouse. Was just right for what we needed. "
