"Great property! Everyone enjoyed the house, the pool and the beach. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is spacious with great views. Two kitchens made it so easy for us to prepare meals for the whole gang. Owners were very responsive every step of the way. "

"The property was comfortable, well-organized, and had everything you would need. We had a family trip of adults and really enjoyed our stay. The view and balconies are wonderful. Nice touches everywhere—like front porch swing and extra coffee makers. Check in and out was a breeze. Location can’t be beat. The host was helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!"

"This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!"

"Check in was easy and house was perfect for our family. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever had. So many little details taken care of. Perfect for small children. Several gates and beach toys made it easy. Location was close to many restaurants and grocery store but far enough away to be quiet and private. Can’t say enough good about this house. "

"We enjoyed our week here. The house was a great fit for our family of 9. The kitchen was very well equipped and the location was fantastic. This section of the beach was not as crowded."

"Magical venue! Guests from all over the country drove or flew in. Plenty of parking for the drivers and proximity of airport(s) made it a breeze. Beautiful rooms and amenities! Local professionals with whom we worked were familiar with this gorgeous venue making the wedding "production" so much easier. All the guests were thrilled with the accommodations, enjoyed the pool, the beach, and did I mention the Tiki Bar! So fun! Property manager, Greg gave us so many helpful suggestions. Most...

"Comfortable beach house. My family loved the amount of space inside, the location to the beach was also a major bonus. My only downside was that all the beds, except 1, had plastic mattress covers, which made sleeping difficult. But for the price, the house is perfect. "

"Great place to stay! The place was clean and had amazing views from almost every window. Was convient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. Beach access was easily accessable and was not over crowded. We will rent again. "

"It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. "

"Location near beach exit was great and all the extras (chairs, toys, towels,etc) were a nice time saver for us not having to bring everything with us."

"House was super clean! Porch was lovely. The pool is nice sized and plenty of furniture for lounging. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Very short (5 minutes) walk to beach. Beach was wonderful! Not crowded at all; kids loved every minute of it. We’ve been to lots of beaches along the East coast and Emerald Isle is a favorite. Glenn was a great host and other than seeing them one time, we didn’t even know they were there. Great communication. Would definitely stay again! "
