"Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt.
The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous.

"First, I will say the property manager, Marlena, was great. We had several issues that she was quick to respond and handle. The apartment itself was clean and nice. The kitchen could use some new cooking pots and pans. We were not able to cook due to the pans being scratched horribly.
