"Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Great location in town. Front desk provided very good recommendations for dining. We did request to have a non functional safe in our room repaired and it never happened."

"Stunning view of Inner Harbor from both living room and bedroom. Crew teams, sailboats, seaplanes, ferry, all constant entertainment in waterfront view. Room was spacious, well maintained, kitchen fully stocked. Hop-on Hop-off bus stops one block away. Short walking distance to everything of interest. Definitely an ideal location. Underground secure parking meant I could park upon arrival and not need my car for duration.of Victoria stay. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful place to stay. The highlight is the breakfast prepared by a chef, and the lovely deer that were grazing outside. It’s also a short walk up the street to the lieutenant governor’s residence with the lovely walking trails and Craigdarroch castle."

"We enjoyed or stay, but the pillows are too soft so we couldn’t sleep well The fishpond were very fun for the kids. The Parkside view was very nice. It was close to Empress Hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The view of the marina from our balcony was appreciated. Parking structure opposite the hotel is gated and secure, but we found out there is an additional parking fee charged to the guests for using it. There were no water bottles in our room! You can order some from room service at four times the cost or bring your own."

"I brought my family here for a special trip: it was the first time we had all travelled together, and I wanted them to feel special and cared for, so I did meticulous research into finding the best hotel in Victoria for us to stay at and landed on this one. "Safe, walkable location. Twelve minute walk toVictoria harbour water taxi. No restaurant and no breakfast (fruit and coffee/tea provided in am only. ) Beds great, towels well worn and small. Rooms with 2 beds are very very small! No where to set suitcase and no where to sit except bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Secure building and elevator."

"Staff and location were excellent!!! Staff was friendly and the location was reasonably close to downtown Victoria which we loved. Unfortunately we ran into a situation when we first arrived. Bath robes were missing, trash hadn't been properly taken out, and there was a particular smell in the bedroom which we aired out throughout the night. "Had a studio suite with 2 double beds, sofa bed, sitting area and kitchenette. nicely updated, well-equipped, contemporary and clean, perfect for a family. nice staff. good downtown location but area gets rough after 6pm ish although hotel feels safe. our room near elevator and it was a busy wkend, corridor traffic and noise one night. overall a comfortable stay. "It’s in a central location, easy to walk my dog. Close to fisherman’s wharf. Great walking area. The breakfast was excellent and their breakfast room is lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful with my request. Parking was extra , which was disappointing. And the extra charge for my dog was $30. A day , the highest I’ve seen. The room was quiet and very comfortable."
