"Would recommend a stay in this lovely property near Jacksonville. Very clean and cozy! Appreciated the nice touches of the A/C already on when we arrived on a very hot day as well as cute folded towels on the beds. Made for a nice visit overall! Great for dogs as well!"

"The meadow in front of the house is beautiful in a quiet and simple sort of way. The house is comfortable and clean. There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 young children) and we had to run the dishwasher often because the kitchen was short on silverware and plates. "

"The natural setting, the unique house, and hidden spot down by the river where wonderful. Check in and out was easy and the property has a refreshing uniqueness to it. Had a blast in Jacksonville, Ashland, and Medford."

"We were staying as a family for a family day camp. Didn’t get any check in information until I asked for it an hour before (so we were already on our way, hoping it would all work out). Despite the website listing, there was no WiFi to be found, and the A/C was sporadic at best (it was in the 90s and smoky). We were provided a 5 gallon bottle of water which was great, but given the heat we ran through that pretty fast. No response after the first day when we asked how to get more. Also no key...

"Great communication and service. Great location for access to the coast and crater lake etc. Could use more cooling in the loft, but was extremely hot during our stay and cooled down by morning. Maybe some outdoor chairs would be nice as well."

"The trailer was very comfortable! Sure needed that AC.Wonderful location. The only thing I missed was how to contact the host. I needed the codes to sauna, gym game room etc. Just didn't see how to connect. Would definetly stay again!"

"This was a great place to stay. Loved the animals and river access for fishing and swimming. Winery next door was a plus too. "

"The property was amazing. There is easy access to the river which was great. Everything was very comfortable. My family enjoyed watching the deer and wild turkeys on the property."

"We had such a great time staying in the covered wagon on the homestead. It was so peaceful, and the hosts were so very thoughtful with everything they arranged to be available which helped ease the stress of packing “everything needed for a traditional camping stay” we will definitely be back! The cleanliness to also include the bathhouse was delightful. I highly recommend this location for your next adventure!!!"

"The apartment was a comfy place to base ourselves out of while attending weekend wedding celebrations. It was just the two of us but with 4 bedrooms, the place could have accommodated many more. It would be a great place to stay if you were wine tasting in the Applegate Valley. The little restaurant downstairs served a great breakfast too!"

"We enjoyed the Applegate Retreat with our family so much. We stayed for a wedding at Red Lily & a family reunion in the Applegate region, and felt our accommodations made the trip magical. We can’t wait to return to the lovely VRBO & all the comfort Elena provided! The property was a little paradise for our family, while we were grateful for our stay."
