    Esta amplia casa de pueblo de 3 niveles, 4 dormitorios y 4 baños ofrece fantásticas vistas de las laderas del monte. Werner, dormir gigante y montaña esmeralda y hace un alquiler de vacaciones fantástico. Perfectamente ubicado entre la montaña y el centro de la ciudad, está a sólo unos kilómetros de ambos. Esta casa de ciudad de Eaglepointe dormirá cómodamente a 10 adultos.

    El nivel superior cuenta con dos Master Suites. La suite principal cuenta con un gran vestidor, baño, bañera de hidromasaje y balcón privado con vistas increíbles. La suite principal de la reina ofrece un baño privado, amplio paseo en el armario y vistas espectaculares.

    El salón, cocina y 3 º dormitorio están en el nivel principal. Relajarse y descansar junto a la chimenea en la sala de estar en los cómodos sofás. Hay un balcón en el nivel principal con fantásticas vistas a la montaña y una parrilla. Este nivel también tiene un baño completo y una lavadora y secadora. La cocina tiene todo y más que usted necesita para permanecer en y cocinar. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y hay 4 asientos más en el mostrador de la cocina.

    El cuarto dormitorio está en el nivel inferior y se puede dormir cómodamente 4 con literas, una cama de día y cama nido. Hay un baño completo justo fuera del dormitorio.

    Hay un bonito espacio abierto justo al lado de la propiedad que incluye un pozo de fuego (primavera, verano y otoño solamente).

    La mayoría de las residencias de montaña, incluyendo esta propiedad, no tienen aire acondicionado. Los ventiladores se proporcionan para su comodidad.

Perfect place for a Steamboat vacation

This location was excellent and was perfect for our ski tip to Steamboat. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a perfect place just 7 minutes from the mountain and 7 minutes from downtown restaurants.

Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable beds, great location, and quiet.We never could figure out the TV in the living room, but we were out doing things most of the time.

The condo was just repainted and looked fabulous and was very clean. It was perfect for a girl weekend getaway! Would definitely recommend.

we loved the area and amazing views, I wish the rental would have been cleaner and more organized but all the bedrooms was nice, the property management was great to work with they checked in on us and fixed the dishwasher! we would stay here again!

The location was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook while there. Restrooms were stocked well with clean towels.The mountain views were amazing from every angle. This deserves a five star, the only down side was that the fusball table wasn't set up and ready for use and I did find some trash on the patio adjacent to the living room.

Great location

Our 3 night stay was wonderful in this perfectly located condo. Close to the mountain, the town, groceries, coffee, etc. The unit had everything we needed and more. Kitchen is very well stocked with good quality cookware, dishes and utensils. Comfortable beds and bedding. Very clean throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable Stay for a Long Weekend with Friends

Stayed here with four friends for a 3-night trip from February 27 to March 2, 2025, and overall, it was a pretty solid spot for a group getaway. The townhome itself was decent — nothing super fancy, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for the five of us to spread out, and the common areas were perfect for hanging out after long days on the mountain.

Amazing location and fantastic house. Property was clean with plenty of space. Any issue or questions we had was immediately addressed with just a txt message. We loved every minute of our ski stay here.

Very cozy and clean house for an amazing ski trip

House is clean, well-maintained. Super close to steamboat ski resort (6 mins drive) and we had a good time hanging out with a group of friends. Check in/out instructions are clear and communications are very effective.

Fall fishing

Well located. Convenient to everything. Property was a bit dated and galley kitchen was one occupant only. Appliances were updated. Common space was a bit tight for more than 4 adults. Overall very adequate accommodations.

Late Season Stay

As the previous reviews stated, the common spaces are very tight. You can either have a dining table or a seating area. We had eight people and didn't make dinners, so it worked great for us. Plenty of beds and space in the garage to store gear.

Older unit, could use an update But the neighbors were amazing, fun and friendly! We had issues with the dishwasher but the property management team sent someone and fixed it! We love Steamboat visit often and have had great times in this fun mountain town! we loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms that this unit provied

Cozy and Close to steamboat ski mountain

The townhouse is cozy. We enjoyed our ski trip at the lovely place. It’s only about 10 mins away from the nearest free parking lot of ski area. Kitchen has everything we need. Four bathrooms are very needed for a large group like us. The host would check you for any needs and respond very quickly! Didn’t know it would have discount sometime. So make sure you check with the host for potential promotion before booking.

Ski vacation - be aware of limited bus transportation

Over all nice place. We were a group of 10 on a ski vacation. Listing is inaccurate regarding bus transportation. Bus (actually a van) had limited hours and limited area of coverage. In addition to the inaccurate VRBO listing, the welcome book in the condo had totally inaccurate transportation information. Not an issue if you plan to have a car.

Steamboat Ski Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. The home was close to everything. It had plenty of room, however, a bit deceiving. In the pictures, there was a 6 person table. Due to the small size on the family room/dining area, there was not enough room for a table unless you pushed the couch over to set up the table which was in pieces against the wall. We ended up just using the bar stools to eat at the kitchen counter. Also, the lock on the front door died, so had to use the garage to enter and leave the home.

Great Location, Beds for a Large Group

The property is in a great location near town and the ski resort. We had beds for 4 adults and 5 kids without issue. The property is a bit dated. Kitchen is on the older side, TVs are not "Smart" hard to get to Netflix and no option for and other streaming services or cable TV that we could get to work. Grill needs to be replaced. Cozy, but worked for what we needed it for.

Ok for few days

This condo is a good spot for a big group that needs to just sleep in the house and is otherwise outside. It was very tight with 8 people there, the kitchen was very small and some appliances were quite outdated. It served its purpose for our group. Thanks

Snowmobiling trip

We took a snowmobiling trip to steamboat springs, CO with 7 guys from different states. We usually got a hotel but not his year we decided to rent this townhouse. It was great. It had a kitchen with all appliances, utensils, cups and etc. the place was clean overall. Cons: The carpet was a little worn and dirty. We don’t wear shoes in our Homes. Wood flooring would be a good change. No parking for trailers. As we brought our snowmobiles And we had to leave our trailer unattended at a hotel near by.

Family Ski Trip

The house suited our group of ten well. Having a bathroom on each floor was definitely a plus. Master bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. The room on the ground floor was great for three young boys. Kitchen was small but well equipped. There was a decent little sledding hill right next to the home which provided some solid entertainment for the kids. Only reccompndation I’d have to the owner it’s to put some floor mats in at the main entry. It’s gets a little sloppy from snow/ski boot traffic. All in all, it was a great place for us.

Wonderful experience

Condo was a wonderful little getaway for me and my buddies. Plenty of room and very clean . I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and friendly everyone we met in the complex was . I'd definitely stay again .

Good location and amenities

The description of the property was accurate. It was a nice location being close but not too close to the main street. There were plenty of supplies like spices, cookware, towels, etc. It did get a little warm during the day but that's to be expected in July, it was nice that there were fans located in every room. There were dogs around the property so you could hear them barking but it never interrupted my sleep. I would definitely stay here again, it was a great place for our 2 families with 5 kids!
