  • Surprise your friends with the perfect ski-in/ski-out mountain retreat! After a day on the mountain, relax by the gas fireplace in the large living area of your comfortable family-friendly condo or marvel at the views of the base of the ski area and the pool from your private balcony. This inviting abode features a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, four TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi, and a stereo for your enjoyment. Boredom doesn't stand a chance here. There is also a private washer and dryer (detergent provided) for your convenience. The main suite features a king bed and an attached main bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to a king bed upon request). The den (with a door for added privacy) has a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, four outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, fitness room, ski lockers, and on-call shuttle services to take guests to shopping, dining, and other local activities. Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
    The two twin beds can be converted into a king bed.

The condo is easily accessible to skiing, a few steps from the ski slopes and lifts. Very nicely furnished and very comfortable for our group of 6. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a private full bathroom. The front desk staff was fantastic, helping facilitate the arrival of groceries and equipment we had locally ordered.

Location; View and the Hot Tubs

The three most impressive parts of our stay at the Torian Plum Condos were its location with walk up access to the base, the view of the mountain from our 4th floor unit, and those ever present 3 hot tubs at our disposal. The unit itself was cozy, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to gather in the living area, but with 3 private bedrooms to accommodate the six of us. Great for a week or a long weekend

Keep This Place a Secret

This condo was truly awesome. Great location to access the base of Steamboat. The staff were so friendly in helping us get into the condo when we arrived late. Walk right out the door to a bunch of wonderful restaurants. Everything worked. Totally clean. It's the kind of place you want to keep a secret for yourself. We will be back!!!

Great Stay!

We recently stayed in Unit 415 at the Torian Plum Condominiums in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and had a wonderful experience. The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo was clean, well-appointed, and provided comfortable beds and furnishings, making it a relaxing retreat after our daily adventures.The location is exceptional, offering ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, which was incredibly convenient for our group. The proximity to shops and restaurants in the base area added to the convenience, allowing us to enjoy local dining and shopping without the need for extensive travel.The condo's amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, allowed us to prepare meals with ease. The living area was spacious, providing ample room for relaxation and socializing. We also appreciated the underground heated parking, which was particularly beneficial during the colder days.Having stayed in Unit 515 three years ago, we were pleased to find that Unit 415 maintained the high standards we've come to expect from Torian Plum. The consistent quality and comfort have made us repeat visitors, and we look forward to returning in the future.Overall, our stay in Unit 415 was delightful, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient accommodation in Steamboat Springs.

Lovely and Convenient

The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a very comfortable place to stay, and a great ski in ski out location. We also loved access to the hot tub, an essential feature after a day of skiing. We will definitely return!

Wonderful stay

The two master baths have been renovated and have wonderful showers. The mattresses were some of the more comfortable mattresses we have slept on in a rental . It’s hard to beat the convenience of Torian Plum Creekside.

Amazing location with all the essentials

Just left Steamboat with my husband and “tween” sons. This property is by far our new favorite ski-in/ski-out. Great location, it’s actually a 3-bedroom/3-bath location with all the amenities. This will definitely be a repeat for our family.

Great location! We have stayed twice at this condo in the past seven months. The places is situated comfortably for our family of 5. The owners need to replace the washer and dryer. It took about 3-4 cycles to get clothes to dry.
