    Bienvenido a Steamboat's Dreamboat! ¡Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños en The Phoenix at Steamboat tiene todo lo que necesitas y más para tu escapada de esquí!

    Te encantará nuestra ubicación privilegiada, justo al otro lado de la calle desde la base de la montaña. Puede caminar hasta la góndola o elegir el servicio de traslado de esquí de cortesía en invierno. (El servicio gratuito de traslado al centro de la ciudad también está disponible durante el invierno).

    Nuestro lugar se actualizó recientemente con una nueva cocina totalmente equipada, cómodos y modernos muebles de sala de estar y un nuevo televisor de 55 "con cable, que incluye HBO y Netflix / Roku.

    Encontrarás cómodas camas y televisores de pantalla plana en las dos habitaciones. El Master tiene una cama KING con colchón de espuma de memoria Serta IComfort y baño completo adjunto. El segundo dormitorio tiene una reina y una nueva cama doble. Para espacio adicional para dormir, el sofá de la sala de estar se retira a una cama queen.

    El segundo baño completo con bañera / ducha se encuentra en el pasillo entre los dormitorios y la sala de estar.

    Algunas de las otras comodidades que no encontrará en otro lugar, especialmente a este precio ... un garaje privado para un automóvil, además de un espacio de estacionamiento cubierto adicional fuera de la unidad.

    Tendrá acceso gratuito a la hermosa casa club de Phoenix con piscina climatizada, jacuzzis, sauna, sala de ejercicios y mesa de billar. Si está de visita en verano, somos uno de los pocos condominios en Steamboat Springs con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y un hermoso patio al aire libre y parrilla de gas. Te encantará este lugar con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitas: restaurantes, tiendas, bares, tiendas de comestibles, todo dentro de una o dos cuadras. Great location — the shuttle picks you up right outside the front door! Perfect, comfortable set up for a family and very clean! We loved our stay and will be returning!

Great time at steamboat! Loved the base so many great restaurants and things to do. This condo is a 5 minute walk to the base. Very convenient.

Repeat stay!

We enjoyed everything about this place for the second year in a row! The owners are so responsive and the unit is perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and it’s nice we can let our kids go outside and play right off the patio. Close to many things and worked perfect for us!

Steamboat Springs Phoenix condo

The condo is in great condition and has really been updated nicely. Ground level patio is a real plus. Really close to ski mountain base area. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. These folks are great owners. Good communication.

Perfect place for skiing.

Our family of 4 loves to ski and we love steamboat. This condo was perfect for all of our needs. We walked to the mountain in the mornings to ski and walked home in the afternoon. We walked to dinner several times and took the free shuttle downtown once. Great place!

Chill Time

Everything was wonderful! The proximity to the Resort was fantastic! I learned the "shortcut" to the slopes and took advantage on day 1. We utilized all the amenities the complex had to offer including the Hot tub/pool area and the weight room. TY for being so helpful and attentive hosts!Kevin

Great owners

The location is very easy to walk about 100yds to the slopes. The kitchen is well-stocked. The owners are very kind and responsive to any concerns. Easy walk to Gondola base, Christy's is just down the street as is the Wild Plum grocery and liquor/wine store. Kitchen is the most updated area in the condo, and the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean & comfy

Kitchen had everything. Walk to Gondola is so convenient, but waking back after long day skiing requires a little toughness as it’s all uphill. Unit very nice! Hope to return.

quiet, clean and great location

This was a perfect location for a family with a 2 year old. The unit was laid out well. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a grassy, contained area for the tike. The outside sitting area was private and comfortable. The base area, coffee shop and restaurants were in walking distance. The unit was as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

The condo has been renovated and is in impeccable condition. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, in-room washer/dryer very convenient and kitchen well stocked with the basics. More importantly, my wife really liked it. It’s not ski-in/ski-out so my only suggestion is to let tenants know that the walk to and from the base is an order of magnitude easier if you go through the Gravity Haus parking lot (it’s like night and day given the alternative). Overall, it was a great place with very attentive and helpful owners. We’d definitely stay again.

Pride in Ownership

We enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at Steamboat the walk to the gondola was close, even in ski boats. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable. We used the shuttle service to go into town and was super easy. We also rode the local bus one day which is free. The condo sleeping accommodations were very comfortable even the pull out couch. The kids utilized the spa and billiards table. The condo is updated and has nice touches with shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, lotions, and indoors washer and dryer. The parking can be a bit of a challenge if you don’t fit into the garage if it’s crowded but that is why we used the shuttle and local bus. This is by far one of the best VRBO we have rented. Thanks for making our vacation rental feel like home.

Great stay! Great location!

My brother who lives in Steamboat got married in July and we stayed here to enjoy the long wedding weekend. It’s a great location- close to the base of the mountain. Condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 and we had zero issues while we were there. Although Amy’s communication was so great, I knew that if we had any issues she would have responded quickly! We usually come in winter and stay with my parents in their condo, but if that doesn’t work out we definitely know where we are booking!!!

Perfect Mountain Condo

We loved our stay so much! The condo is even better than it looks in the photos. Efficient layout, updated and well-appointed kitchen/baths, and a great yard for the kids to explore. Great location as well.

Great Ski Condo

We enjoyed our days at the Phoenix condo. Brief walk to ski base to get first time skiing youth to ski school. Kids loved the hot tub and fireplace after long day on the slopes.

Wonderfully renovated

Phil and Amy were great hosts and the property has everything you ever want for a family ski weekend. The condo is recently renovated and walking distance to the gondola. The beds were super comfy.
