toller Toskana Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem schönen alten Ferienhaus. Wir waren zu fünft (Eltern mit drei erwachsenen Kindern) und zwei Hunden und hatten immer genug Platz. Die Lage ist wie wir es mögen abgelegen und sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist alles gut zu erreichen. Meer und Berge kombiniert! Tolle Wanderungen sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich! Die Vermieter sind super nett und ganz hilfsbereit. Wir haben super Tipps bekommen zu Wanderung und super Pizzaria!! Wir würden jederzeit nochmals buchen!

Tolle Vermieter, tolles Haus

Alberto und Emilia sind sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Alberto holte uns mitten im Wald ab, da wir uns verfahren hatten. Er beantwortete all unsere Fragen zu jeder Uhrzeit und gab uns tolle Tipps (Strand, Wanderungen etc) Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, die Anfahrt führt über abenteuerliche Serpentinen in ein atemberaubendes Panorama. Das Haus ist sehr alt und ein lebendes Museum. Es knackt und knarzt. Dies muss man mögen. Ein Badezimmer befindet sich im Keller. Wir hatten tolle Tage, haben das Fest in Stazzema besucht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Alberto und Emilia für alles!

Wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen!

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Es ist ein wirklich authentisches Haus, wie man es in den Bergen erwarten kann. Von Emilia und Roberto sind wir begeistert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde auch sofort Hilfe angeboten, falls etwas sein sollte! Ein tolles Fleckchen Erde! Der Weg zum Haus manchmal etwas abenteuerlich aber machbar! Festes Schuhwerk ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil. Danke für alles! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Grüße!

Enttäuschung

Es fing eigentlich alles gut an. Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit den Vermietern, Emilia und Roberto lief problemlos. Wir haben die Casa Emilia auch gut gefunden - trotz der wirklich sehr abgelegenen Lage. Roberto hatte auch extra länger gewartet, da sich unsere Anreise etwas verspätet hatte. Von Anfang an fiel uns ein Geruch nach Heizungsabgasen (Dieselgenerator o.ä.)in der Küche und in der gesamten unteren Etage auf, welcher wohl auf die Heizungsanlage für das warme Wasser zurückzuführen war. Da wir nicht vor hatten den Urlaub nur im Haus zu verbringen, haben wir das erstmal so hingenommen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war so la la - man hatte den Eindruck, dass das Haus schon länger nicht benutzt wurde und nur das notwendigste sauber gemacht wurde. Als nach ein paar Tagen dann heftiger Regen einsetzte, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass es durchs Dach in eins der Schlafzimmer regnete und von da aus weiter in die darunter liegende Küche tropfte. Die Fußböden der oberen Etage bestanden aus einfachen Brettern. des Weiteren regnete es durch eine Deckenspot im oberen Bad. Dieser war ein schmaler Schlauch: beim Duschen stand das halbe Bad unter Wasser, was nich wirklich schlimm war. Mit Hilfe eines eigens dafür von uns gekauften Abziehen ließ sich das Problem einigermaßen lösen. Das zweite Bad befand sich im Keller, vorbei an dem Dieselgenerator/Heizungsanlage- dunkel nur mit Fenster zu einem Fensterschacht - nicht wirklich einladend, zumal man durch den alten Keller musste. Die Waschmaschine ist sicherlich schon längere Zeit nicht benutzt worden und sah entsprechend aus. Als wir aber dann morgens noch sehen mussten, dass auf dem Aussentisch - auf der Tischdecke Rattenkot lag, war unsere Toleranz und Leidensfähigkeit doch dann ausgeschöpft und wir haben uns dazu entschlossen, unseren Urlaub in der Casa Emilia abzubrechen. Wir haben Roberto, der sich mit seiner Frau selbst im Urlaub in Süditalien aufhielt, sowohl via WhatsApp als auch via Email darüber informiert und angefragt ob eventuell eine anteilige Rückerstattung des Mietpreises möglich sei. Leider haben wir bis heute (30.09) keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Anzumerken ist noch, dass es im Ort weder einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen noch irgendeine Restauration gibt, da die Vorbesitzer aus Altersgründen aufgehört haben. Das bedeutet natürlich dass man immer genügend Vorräte vorhalten muss, da der nächste kleine Supermarkt nur mit dem Auto über die kurvenreiche Straße zu erreichen ist. Schade

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und Weitblick

Wir haben zu zweit sehr entspannte Tage im gemütlichen sauberen Haus verbracht. Das sehr freundliche Vermieterpaar ist sehr fürsorglich, es kam schnell eine vertraute freundschaftliche Beziehung auf. Die Lage im bergigen Land mit Pool verwöhnt mit einem grandiosen Ausblick! Die Ausstattung war gut durchdacht mit Wanne und Dusche, wir haben im Aussenkamin Pizza gebacken, auf der Terrasse oder beim Pool gesessen. Traumhaftes Haus mit unendlich viel Charme

Wir (fünfköpfige Familie plus hund) sind hellauf begeistert. Das Haus versprüht aus jeder Ecke den Charme und die Liebe mit der Roberto und Emilia dieses Kleinod eingerichtet haben. Die Fotos spiegeln den tatsächlichen Charme sehr gut wider. Die Anfahrt ist zwar ein bißchen abenteuerlich aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Einzige Einschränkung wäre vielleicht, dass das stark terrassierte Grundstück für Kinder unter 4-5 Jahren möglicherweise etwas ungeeignet ist (viele Treppen und Abhänge, daher etwas Absturzgefahr für sehr kleine Kinder). Alles in allem aber das schönste Ferienhaus in dem wir je waren. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Idyllische plek

Wij hadden een heel leuke week in dit vakantiehuisje. We bezochten pisa, de tropische zoo, wandelden in de appenijnen, maakten de boottocht naar cinque terre en genoten daarnaast ter plaatste van de prachtige uitzichten en plekjes van dit vakantiehuis.

Ein sehr schönes altes Haus, das schön eingerichtet ist. Das Grundstück hat schon fast parkähnlichen Charakter und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und nett. Nur zu empfehlen.

Paradijselijke plek

Het is een oud sprookjeshuis met veel zorg en aandacht in gericht in klassieke stijl midden in een grote prachtige tuin hoog in de bergen verdeeld over verschillende terrassen. Heel leuk om op alle plekjes te zitten van ontbijt, lunch tot avondeten. Zwembadje is heerlijk voor frisse duik met mooi uitzicht over de bergen. Onze al wat grotere kinderen hebben er veel pret gehad. Bijzonder is dat je in alle rust toch deel uitmaakt van een echt bergdorpje met Italiaanse bewoners. Met steile weggetjes en een oude kerk uit de Romeinse tijd waar vroeger wachters over dal uitkeken. Je kan lekker eten in het dorpsrestaurant met uitzicht over het dal. Neem wel Autan mee voor de muggen! Tip: wij hebben ons laten afhalen vanaf de grotere parkeerplaats beneden in het dorpje. De eigenaar reageert direct op de mail als je dat vraagt. Het is moeilijk om het juiste smalle weggetje meteen goed uit te kiezen.

A perfect Italian relaxing holiday

The property is a perfect location and provides ample space for relaxing in the sun, there are so many choices around the garden for where to sit and lounge. Emilia and Roberto were perfect hosts and ensured everything was perfect (reacting VERY quickly when we contacted them during the stay), even warning us about upcoming inclement weather. We highly recommend this property for it's views and its overall quality.

An awesome setting

What an absolutely stunning location with amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the outdoor barbeque and the pizza oven. This was a great location to visit Cinque Terre, Colonnata and Levigliani. It was so relaxing to be able to return to here at the end of each day. If we return to this stea we will certainly rent again

a beautiful house in idyllic surroundings

We stayed for 10 days over the Easter period. Roberto and Emilia were there to meet us on arrival, and ensured we 'knew the ropes' before they left. The village of Stazzema is perched on the side of the mountain about 450 metres above sea-level. Casa Emilia sits above the village with spectacular views in 3 directions and small lush green allotments (in spring) going upwards that emanate the scents of basil, mozzarella and wild flowers in all directions. The house can be reached via the winding charming labyrinthine alleys of the houses , to the front door, or from down through the garden from where you park your vehicle to the back door. The garden is expansive, cascading down a number of tiered borders, with numerous trees and shrubbery, and quite enchanting. There are two areas for alfresco-dining, one about 25 metres from the back door and the other immediately outside it. The interior is well-equipped and delighfully set out in the traditional Tuscan mountain style, with shutters to ensure the sun doesn't wake you too early in the morning! It is ideally placed to make excursions to urban-hubs such as Pisa and Lucca (1 hour) and Florence (1 hour 45 minutes), as well as a range of beaches between Viareggio and Forte di Marmi (30-40 minutes). However, there is plenty to without having to get in a car as well. We did two wonderful walks, one to Cardoza and the other up to a bunk-house called Rifugio Forte di Marmi that was open over Easter and served up some wonderful food. Our two children aged 6 & 7 managed both walks with ease. My partner always wants to go to visit new and different places for holidays, so I was quite amazed when she said that she would like to come back here again! Says it all really.

Lovely house in stunning location

Stazzema is high up.in the hills, up a windy road. Make sure you get proper directions from Emilia and Roberto - do NOT follow your sat nav and go into the village or you may find yourself reversing out a very narrow street ! Take a right at the recycling bins a half mile before the village and then second left (I think). The house is an old stone house with thick walls which stays nice and cool. Full of character and furnished with an interesting mix of vintage and modern. Lovely garden full of lavender, bees and butterflies with great views out to the mountains. The small pool is not big enough to swim in but essential for cooling off in. We had some problems with WiFi due to storm before we arrived but fixed by time we left. There is nothing in the village except a restaurant with a great terrace - very nice antipasti and pasta and very friendly staff. Not at all obvious from the village where it is - down steps from the 'Belvedere'car park. Nearest shop CONAD supermarket is in Seravezza, a 25 min drive from house. Make sure to stock.up.on your way ! We enjoyed our holiday very much - thank you to Emilia and Roberto for everything

Deze prachtige plek bovenin de Toscaanse bergen biedt een authentiek huis met volop zonnige terrassen aan alle kanten. Het is wel even rijden voor je er bent, op het absolute eind van een lange smalle bergweg, maar als je op zoek bent naar rust, een heerlijk en ruim huis in authentieke stijl is dat de moeite meer dan waard. Wij waren er één week in juni, en de charmante slaapkamers, het heerlijke terras waar we elke ochtend en elke avond gegeten hebben, het zwembad van waaruit je over de bergen heen kijkt en de grote maaltijden die we in de ouderwetse, grote keuken hebben bereid staan me nog helder voor de geest. Er is een binnen- en een buitenbarbeque, en een werkende pizza-oven in de tuin, en de hartelijke eigenaren Emilia en Roberto hebben ons warm ontvangen met een uitgebreide toer door huis en tuinen en een heerlijk welkomstpakketje in de keuken. De wifi is wat onberekenbaar, wat heel goed is voor de ontspanning en de creativiteit, dus zorg dat je boeken en spelletjes mee hebt. Of een filmpje voor in de DVD speler. Ook is het geen overbodige luxe om anti-muggensmeersels mee te nemen, want je bevindt je hier in de overdadige natuur inclusief alle zoemende fauna die daarbij hoort. Maar wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad waarin we van dit sprookjesachtige landschap hebben kunnen genieten en helemaal tot rust hebben kunnen komen. Een enorme aanrader, en zoals ik al van meerdere gasten heb gelezen in het gastenboek, hebben ook wij het plan hier nog een keer naar terug te keren.

Herrliche Lage in altem Dorf

Wunderschönes Haus mit Flair. Der Weg dorthin ist manchmal etwas abenteuerlich, aber dafür erwartet einen ein kleines Paradies. Das Haus und das Grundstück bieten viel Platz für Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit.

wunderbares haus, tolles grundstück, prima lage

wir (5 köpfige familie mit hund) haben unseren 2 wöchigen aufenthalt in der casa emilia sehr genossen -- es ist perfekt, um vom alltag abzuschalten. die anfahrt nach stazzema führt durch kleinere bergdörfer -- nichts abenteuerliches .. es ist allerdings ratsam, wenn ihr euch schon vorher mit lebensmitteln (z.b. in seravezza oder pietrasanta) versorgt. bereits bei der ankunft wurden wir von den vermietern emilia und roberto sehr herzlich empfangen und herumgeführt: das haus verfügt über 3 schlafzimmer (2 mit doppelbetten, eines mit 2 einzelbetten), 2 toiletten/bäder und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - bis hin zum holzofen für pizza oder lasagne. darüber hinaus gefielen uns besonders der charme und die kleinen ausstattungdetails. das grundstück verfügt über einen großen garten mit 2 terrassen (eine mit einem kleinen pool - ist eher was für kinder) und liegt am rande des dorfes, sodass man (trotz nachbarn) jederzeit seine ruhe hat, aber auch innerhalb von 5 minuten zu fuss den kleinen lebensmittelladen im dorf erreicht. je nach wetter und laune bietet die gegend alles, was das herz begehrt: touren in die apuanischen alpen auf wanderwegen, die quasi direkt vor der haustür beginnen, die badestrände von forte dei marmi oder viareggio sind in ca. 30-45 min. mit dem auto zu erreichen, die altstädte von lucca und pisa in jeweils ca. 60 min. und falls man einfach nur relaxen will, entspannt man auf der terrasse bei tollem ausblick in die berge, beobachtet tagsüber die eidechsen und zählt abends die glühwürmchen. es war eine tolle zeit, vielen dank an emilia und roberto dafür!
