"Exceptionally well decorated and beautiful home to explore the local area. Very welcoming on reception and everything you could need. Only minor gripe was the upstairs shower that was either boiling hot or freezing cold with no in between but sort that and this place is perfect. "

"Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. "We booked the shepherds hut for our 1st wedding anniversary. It was better than we thought. The hut was clean and lovely with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the area was great too. We have no complaints at all and would definitely visit again :)"

"This was the first visit to The Bay and we stayed in the Cozy Retreat. The apartment was clean and bright. The welcome box was very appreciated. We enjoyed the facilities and especially the restaurant. The whole complex is very clean and well taken care of. We will definately be back. "

"Lovely quaint walk through several levels of walkways and beautuful traditional cottages. Tucked away surrounded by cottage gardens. Like stepping back in time. Beautiful weather surprisingly. Lovely friendly people. Shops and places to eat and drink , within 5 mins through the street's. Very steep hill and steps add to rhe charm of the winding roads down to the bay front. Photographers heaven. 4th time here over the years with small changes to eateries. "

"has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. "Very clean and cosy property, exactly as advertised. Local beaches and an easy cliff top walk into Bridlington. Took us about 20 minutes to walk to the main area of Bridlington, the land train is convenient, especially back up the hill, but we thought it a bit pricey. It's about a 30 minute walk to the old town and the fabulous Nut & Nettle vegan restaurant."
