One level-home with attached garage. Very quiet and small neighborhood. Super wonderful location, 5 minutes from mall,GSU,and Splash in Boro. Everything need for a wonderful stay included just bring packs and Enjoy!

Just okay

We stayed here for a couple of days because of Thanksgiving with my family. I should've listened to the reviews I read about this place and booked hotel rooms, though.

Quick Labor Day Getaway

Overall it was a nice stay 5 mins from splash n boro waterpark and 1hr away from Savannah so a perfect location. House needs some more updating and dusting especially in the dining room where you eat but overall ok house made it a pleasant stay.

Quick in and out

The property itself was very nice. Beware of wasps though. We did not cook at the property so I cannot tell you anything about that. Owner was very pleasant.

Fall Stay

The location of the home worked well for our stay and our host was attentive, however the checkin check out process could have been smoother. I do appreciate wanting to make sure checkin goes smoothly as well as check out, however I would prefer not to FaceTime on checkin our check out. The layout of the home was fine but seemed lived in and cluttered. With a few improvements to the home and a smother checkin check out process we would stay again.

Clean

Host is attentive to issues and is very communicative. As other reviews have mentioned the check in and out process is a little over the top. The AC is shut off after each renter so be prepared to arrive to 85 degrees and have to wait for the house to cool down once you turn on at check in if staying during hot weather.

Little false in how many bedrooms

The master was a queen size bed Second bedroom was a full size bed Third Bedroom had a toddler bed. A adult could not sleep in this room. Kitchen table could seat 6 but only had 1 chair found odd. Big tv in living room was not set up but smaller tv at front door was. Paid for cleaning fee of 100 dollars so feel the quest shouldn’t be asked to take sheets off and put in washer and start washer when leaving. Could be a great rental if owner would put bigger beds in and more comfortable mattresses. Great location for a family to come and visit kids in school at the college.

Just an FYI

These is a family (husband/wife and two small children under the age of 8) friendly house only!!!!! There are rules that NEEDS to be posted on the VRBO and not giving on the day of arrival. Like shoes taken off before entering the house. Also PRIVACY SHOULD BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES. My Hubby, brother in law and cousin was in a movie that was done in STATESBORO so we were there for 13th and Pine movie screening event. Even though we didn’t have the expectation of having any parties or other visitors at the house being that it was a 3 bedroom Our family members needed space but they were uncomfortable with the extra rules so we literally only stayed in the house for about 8-10 hours of our 2 day stay (to get dressed and sleep). One chair was at the table so he couldn’t do a meeting there. Even though the owner said she would fully refund we didn’t have no where else to go because every hotel in the city was booked. We left about 3 pm Sunday and check out wasn’t till 9pm Monday. Also There should not be a cleaning fee if we have to take trash out and sheets off bed etc. Also I dropped a perfume bottle and had to go under the bed to search for my top and there was trash under the bed from the previous renters… So all the extra fees should not be applied. So again this is a small family friendly home. Not a home for any special events or anything like that, even if I would have brought my 14 and 15 year old twins there would not have been enough space. They are literally 5’8 150 lbs. they would have had to sleep on the floor. So what you see is what you get!
