This luxury condominium is located just up the street from Heavenly Tahoe ski area with quick access to both the Boulder and Stagecoach base areas - the property is located near the Heavenly ski shuttle stop for convenient pick up/drop off. If you're into winter and summer sports this is an ideal location to enjoy all of it - skiing around the corner and bike/hike trails just as close. Or just relax in the expansive 2600 square feet of comfort and amenities including a billiard table, 65" Smart TV for streaming your favorite subscriptions, Weber grill and Lake Tahoe views. Did I mention views? The pictures just don't do it justice - panoramic lake views from the living room, kitchen, billiard loft and large deck are stunning since this location is on an unobstructed ridge. You'll feel like you are viewing the lake from the air! Be sure to capture your sunset photo from here - no two sunsets are the same and every one is fantastic. This home is also just a 10 minute drive to the beaches, casinos and nightlife. It's also just a 1/2 block away from the Tahoe Village HOA pool and hot tub complex for swimming (summer) and hot tub (year round) - hours and operation can vary so inquire for current status.
You will find this expansive space very welcoming - featuring 3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms to accommodate privacy - including 2 master suites. The main floor has an open floor plan allowing guests to flow easily from kitchen to dining room to spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace and those incredible views. Step outside on the main floor deck for sunsets, stargazing and a beverage. Comfortable seating for 6. You'll want to be the BBQ hero at the Weber grill - but it will be hard to keep your eyes on the Q with all the views. The kitchen is well stocked with all the quality cooking and bakeware you could need. All dish stock and utensils are provided as well. On the main living floor are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with king bed and full bath with tub/shower. The other bedroom is a queen bedroom with bathroom and tub/shower immediately adjacent in the hall. All bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. On the second floor is the deluxe master bedroom with dual sink countertops, separate toilet, shower, office space and private deck with mountain views - a nice private enclave. The bedroom also offers a flat screen TV. The second floor also has the billiard loft and seating for entertainment and recreation. This is a non-smoking property and we appreciate your cooperation. This is also a non-pet home except by advance request and additional cleaning fees will apply. Gather your friends and family and come enjoy a lovely place together - there's plenty of room, amazing views and close to everything! We hope to host you soon.

The altitude was high, the stairs were a bit of a challenge but once you get to the deck and see the view, it is breathtaking and worth it! Also loved the pool table and the coziness of this unit. We look forward to coming back! and staying lonlonger

Great location with emphasis on views (can I say views again). Very well stocked condo and three bedrooms provide great privacy. Stairs are a challenge after skiing, but the owner doesn't hide the fact you get your exercise in and there is lift if you need it. Only thing that would have been helpful is a bit of salt applied to hill to unit; the journey up the hill could be a bit slippery. But five stars overall.

Excellent property near the top of the Kingsbury grade. Stayed with three couples (total), house was large enough and allowed for plenty of privacy. View from balconies were great. One way Lake Tahoe and the other direction the Carson Valley. House came with plenty of supplies (kitchen and bath). Only issue was the stairs onto the property. Can be a chore to get your belongs in. Down the road (1/2 mile) is a small store and the Fox and Hound restaurant and bar. 15 minute drive to Stateline. Overall and excellent property and would stay there again!

The view made it worth it! The driveway was a bit steep and icy during out stay. The stairs to get to the condo was tiring with all out of luggage but once you get inside the condo it’s worth it. Everything you need and plenty of space. The view of the lake was amazing!

Great unit. Well kept and clean. Bedrooms have nice comfortable beds. Futon bed was not used, but didn't appear it would be comfortable. Hot tub in the community center was nice, but fills up fast after a day of skiing. Shuttle stop was close. The view from the porch was spectacular.

The house had everything you needed and an incredible view every sunrise and sunset. Close to everything, peaceful, and homey. Upstairs was perfect for baby and mom and dad. Michael is an excellent host and communicates very well. Highly recommend to book above all others!

We so enjoyed our stay in Heavenly Lake Tahoe condo. The views of the mountains and the lake were spectacular as were the sunsets. The unit has everything you need for your stay--especially the modern kitchen and laundry facilities. The location is very handy to the area including the valley below. The owner is very responsive if you have a problem--and we did with the cable tv. He came over personally to work out a positive solution. We even had a go at pool on the upper floor table. While there are many stairs to reach this view, a chair lift helped us get the luggage to the unit (we are 80 years old). Much appreciated.

It was too hot. A lot of the windows latches are broken so the windows won’t stay open. Some windows have no screens. There is a window AC unit in the upstairs but it isn’t enough to make it livable.

The inside of this condo was definitely as advertised. They just don’t tell you what you have to do to get there! After you park, you have to walk up a very steep hill. Then, you have to go up 33 steps in a dirty and dingy hallway to get to the unit.

What an amazing home. At first we walked up and I was a bit nervous because it didn’t seem like a big cozy home couldn’t fit in such a small hallway. But we were shocked once the doors opened up! Beautiful home that was so clean and welcoming. The owner was very receptive and answered all text within minutes. There’s a small little bar down the street which was walkable and super convenient for late night food. Or a quick drive to the south lake area is less than 15 minutes away. Overall I’d love to come back! The view and coziness of the house really made me wish I could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and cozy vibes of this condo. It felt like we were in a ski lodge. The condo was a little dated but well maintained. It was well equipped and had a great big balcony. Only thing I would stay is you have to be somewhat fit to hike the stairs every day. Those were a bit intense with luggage.

We were newbies to Lake Tahoe and had an incredible experience! The condo definitely lives up to the description as the views were more than breathtaking! There was an easy walk to catch the shuttle to the lifts, and restaurants and businesses were easily accessible. The cozy home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the binder was a great guide for suggestions for local favorites. Michael was an amazing host! He quickly responded to all of my inquiries and was super helpful in assisting with anything needed. We definitely plan to come back! :)

We only had a one night stay, but greatly enjoyed the home! The layout of the property is perfect for a family gathering, complete with a pool table, awesome fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. I would recommend this property.

This is a gorgeous property. Thoughtfully appointed with every possible convenience for an enjoyable stay. Rooms are spacious, (we were in the upper master bedroom only), our bed was comfortable with nice deck off the master suite. Property was clean, kitchen with everything needed to make wonderful meals. Trips to the store only for perishables was a bonus for us, most everything else was on hand ! Washer and dryer very handy. (All supplies for washing provided ! Nice!) Views of lake from kitchen, living room, and family room were spectacular. Nice spacious deck on main floor with BBQ. Fireplace for duraflame / or similar logs only, but made grand room cozy. Permanent? 10+ foot lit tree in corner is a nice touch and greatly appreciated since we were there for Xmas! Host Michael was AMAZING. He responded promptly to all our questions and concerns and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. All good….but now for the significant issues that could raise some concerns depending on time of year and general health of the renters of this home - and the reason I rated 4 out of 5 stars. This property sits high on a hill that does not allow for parking close to the unit. This does not have to be an issue for many people, but for someone who is older, especially in the winter, there are some issues with getting everything unpacked, and into the unit. Besides being on a hill and hiking up each time you need to get back-and-forth to your car- It is also on the second floor with two flights of stairs to get into the unit. Fortunately, the property provides for access for a short time so that you may unload your car and they have a moveable stair chair that came in very handy when we were schlepping our bags up to the unit. Particularly in the cold, winter months, with black ice there needs to be an awareness of being very careful with navigating outside around the property, again, particularly for someone a little older that’s not that steady on their feet. Add to this the fact that this property is well over 7000 feet, altitude is definitely, another potential issue. In conclusion…I think in all, this is a beautiful property and the owners and host certainly went out of their way to try and make our stay as wonderful as possible - but I think it is important for anyone considering staying here that they be aware of these issues/ with a combination of: altitude, several flights of stairs, and icy conditions.
