This is the perfect base to enjoy all that the beautiful Lake Tahoe has to offer year round! The bedrooms feature 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. With amenities like a new hot tub, equipped kitchen, WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and central heating you should feel right at home. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place!

The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly anytime I sent a message. The check in/out procedures were easy and clear to understand. The house was cozy, yet our family of five had a lot of space to stretch out. The backyard was so fun for the kids to play in the snow. When the snow came down hard, we were still walking distance to a restaurant and were able to get an Instacart delivery. This house made our snow vacation even better than we hoped.

Our stay here was great! It was very close to everything. It made it very easy to get to the slopes for skiing. The house was very clean. Maybe could use some new pillows and extra toilet paper but overall we had a great experience. The backyard is very big as well. My kids had a great time playing in it. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent location!! Great parking. Bedrooms were great sizes. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked, except there were not enough washcloths (we could only find two). And, I chose this home because of the hot tub, but access to it was a little difficult (no direct access from the bottom floor), and the area around it could have been more inviting (deck or something). I do understand that the yard can be accessed by others because of the opening. But we really couldn’t enjoy the back yard except the hot tub.

We had a lovely stay here! The house was clean and provided all amenities included on the listing. The location was perfect and 5 minutes from the beach/lake. Chelsie is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to get a belonging I left back to me! I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again on my next visit.

Very clean! Up against the main road so lots of traffic noises, if you’re there during the day. Had a dog with us and although the back yard isn’t enclosed it is spacious for them to explore on a long leash. Great place for two couples or family with kids. Set up was ideal with full bath upstairs by master bed and full bath on first floor near other bedrooms.

Nice little retreat

A comfortable home in Stateline, Nevada, minutes away from the casinos and lake. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Hot tub was a lovely bonus. Keruig with many pods available, though limited kitchen items.

Wonderful ski stay

Stayed at this location for a weekend ski trip at Heavenly. The location is close to the village (we took ubers back and forth) and the house is wonderful. Two spots for parking. Everything we needed for the weekend!

Four of us stayed here over a couple nights. The location is great and the hosts were very accessible and accommodating. The home is spacious and nicely renovated
