As of May 2026, there is extensive construction work gong on in the vicinity with associated noise, mainly vehicles reversing and using loud horns, as blocking traffic on a single lane one way street. "The room had everything we needed and was very spacious. The hotel itself has a snack time from 4-5pm where they serve cake and 6-8pm where they serve free local wines. There’s a rooftop and a brilliant view to sit and relax with a wine. Very thoughtful."

"This is a chariming small hotel in an excellent lcoation in Valetta. The street where it is lcoated was under construction which made access a little challenging but we managed just fine. The hotel was perfect for us (two couples), intimate but totally efficient with a cozy lobby and lounge, and excellent breakfast. Most important, the staff is great and Tony was a fabulous host and asset for our stay!"

"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "
