"The place was so dirty, dead bugs everywhere. And hairrrr!!! I used my blow dryer to blow some of the dirt/hair/bugs off the ground. The place was just trash. I woke up everyday with stuffy nose, and breathing issues. Also weird activity in the parking lot there too if ya know what I mean. We also went to the pool, and the pool was green as the grass. The place needs to spend some money and revamp the place. New paint on the wall would help. Absolutely nightmare. Staff was so rude. Asked for...

"We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

"The place is very nice, clean and safe. We arrrived late and did fast check in, then short walk to the hotel room. The room was clean, good size, the bed very comfortable as well pillows. The room stayed quiete in the night even with room being close (you do not hear the noises). In the morning we enjoyed the good breakfast. My husband as well a worked out at thier gym. We are recommending this place"
