Open plan fully equipped spacious kitchen together with a comfortable lounge and the dining area make for a lovely space for quality times with family and friends. Cozy bedrooms with complementing colors and exposed wood beams give a sense of gracious warmth. With three individual houses Finca Hvar is ideal for three small families seeking ocasional privacy while at the same time looking to spend quality time vacationing together with family andfriends.A total of fivebedrooms on the property accommodate10 adult guests. Twomore guests may be accommodatedon 2 extra beds plus a sofa bed located in the main house.Mountain bike rental (10 bikes) is available at the property with a 10 euro per day/per bike rental fee.Stari Grad on island Hvar is not only the oldest town on the island but it is also one of the oldest ones in Europe dating back to Greek times. Major-league holiday!

Perfect house for a group with really nice facilities like the swimming pool and barbecue. The house looks really nice both inside and outside. However, the location of is a little bit in the middle of nowhere, so it is a bumpy road to reach the house. Also, there a three cats around the house. Above all, we really enjoyed our stay in Hvar!!

Glorious residence!

This is a beautiful villa. Unfortunately it reeks of cigarette smoke. We tried to air everything out, but even keeping windows open did not help. The furniture is permeated with smoke. When I asked for a discount, since the smell was so bad the host was very rude and said I was trying to blackmail her. This would be a wonderful place to stay if the smell was not so awful. The grounds and house are lovely.

Grosses und Ruhiges Anwesen

Das Haus war super Ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt, was nach der Anfahrt über den steinigen Weg so nicht zu erwarten war:-). Wir waren 10 Arbeitskollegen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil wir als Zusatz auch Frühstück und einen Grillabend buchen konnten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumhaft abgelegene Anlage

Wir haben diese wunderschöne sehr gepflegte Unterkunft für eine Woche mit 12 Personen gebucht. Ein Traum wenn es um Ruhe und Erholung geht. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen und somit ist man in der freien Natur. Angst vor Insekten sollte man hier nicht haben. Mit einem Mietwagen kommt wunderbar in die nächstgelegen Städtchen zum Einkaufen. Das Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Erstklassig. Etwas problematisch gestaltete sich das Essen draußen am Esstisch, da es aufgrund vieler Bienen/Wespen nicht möglich war, abends wiederum garkein Problem. Erwähnenswert ist, dass auf dem Hof einige Katzen leben, dies ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, ein Genuss den Tag am Pool zu verbringen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden liebevoll zum Haus gelotzt. Ein wundervoller Urlaub war das!

Eine wunderschöne Villa, die in Realität noch schöner und grösser ist, als auf den Bildern. Wir waren zu siebt und die Ausstattung des Hauses hat alles was man benötigt. Es fehlt an nichts.

Ein wunderschönes Haus zum entspannen!!!!

Wir haben im August 2017 hier Urlaub gemacht und können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns vom ersten Moment wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Eben ein richtig guter Ort um einen entspannten Urlaub zu machen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

5 Star Villa at Magnificent Location

This is a great villa, ideal for a family. We stayed here for 7 days and enjoyed fantastic weather, surrounded by stunning views. The villa is extremely well equipped and is very private. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Hvar is a short drive away and offers a wide variety of restaurants. We would love to return to Croatia for another holiday and would highly recommend this villa. A car is needed to get around.

Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kindern in diesem geräumigen gepflegten Anwesen. Sauber, TOP - Zustand, alles bestens in Schuss und es fehlte an nichts. Es entsprach exakt den gemachten Angaben, insbesondere den Bildern. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strand und Buchten alles in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Villa hält was sie verspricht - ankommen - auspacken und schon fühlt man sich entspannter. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage sind hervorragend - Alles hat einen bezauberten Charme - der Garten - die Steinhäuser - DIE RUHE !!! Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und würden beim nächsten Besuch alles wieder genauso machen. Der Villa Betreuer ist super nett und seine Hilfsbereitschaft ist vorbildlich! Wir hätten uns nichts Besseres wünschen können! Für die zweite Ferienwoche hatten wir ein Haus an der Küste gemietet und hatten einen absolut traumhaften Urlaub.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für eine grosse Gruppe

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, traumhafter Pool, toller, unverbauter Blick in die Natur und die grüne Landschaft bis zum Gebirge mit perfekten Sonnenaufgängen, ready to grill (Kohle und Grillanzünder lagen bereit, Kohle wurde nachgefüllt), viele unterschiedliche Plätze zum Verweilen, am Pool, auf der überdachten Terrasse oder in der Konoba. Wertvolle Tipps gab es vom Vermieter, sehr nette Eigentümer, kleine und große Putzung pro Woche, ein wunderbares Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden ...wir können dieses Ferienhaus wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic Family Holiday

Perfect villa for 12 of us, four generations from 5yrs to 77yrs thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The pool was in constant use and the BBQ most evenings. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Only ate out one night, a birthday celebratory meal at a Restaurant in Stari Grad with a menu to suit all ages and tastes, beautifully cooked food, value for money, friendly waiters. We left the villa with everyone wanting to go back again as we had had such a great family time in Croatia. Can highly recommend this beautiful island.

Was für ein bezaubernder Ort zum Ferienmachen!

Nach langer Vorfreude und engem Mailkontakt mit Anke, die sich um jede Anfrage unsererseits fürsorglich gekümmert hat, konnten wir im August endlich unseren Urlaub antreten. Um auf die Insel zu gelangen, muss man die Fähre nehmen. Angekommen wurden wir so warmherzig begrüßt, als würden wir uns schon ewig kennen. Es war direkt ein Gefühl von "Nach Hause kommen". Auch als wir dann das Haus erreichten, schlich sich ein herzerwärmendes Gefühl ein. Von der ersten Sekunde fühlten wir, dass wir angekommen waren und wir keinerlei Probleme haben werden die nächsten 14 Nächte in diesem wunderbaren Haus und Garten zu verbringen. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und abgebildet - für mich in echt sogar noch schöner. Die Austattung des ganzen Hauses ist gut und geschmackvoll, sogar das Internet ist sehr schnell. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht.

Großartiges Finca-Anwesen - Strandnah

Schöner kann man nicht wohnen. Das Haus oder besser dieses Ferienhaus Anwesen bestehend aus 3 Teilen liegt jenseits vom Trubel der Touristenhochburgen Hvar und Start Grad ganz in der Nähe von wunderschönen Stränden. Es ist absolut sauber und großzügig. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Pool wurde ständig von uns genutzt. Der nette Schäfer läuft jeden morgen grüßend vorbei, idyllisch. Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem etwas unternehmen will, ist hier genau richtig. Viele interessante Orte gibt es auf der Insel Hvar. Herzlichen Dank

Gepflegtes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben tolle Ferien in diesem sehr schönen Anwesen verbracht! Besonders die Ruhe haben wir genossen, es liegt am Ende eines Weges wo keiner vorbei kommt! Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige und auch die Bilder stimmen überein, der Pool ist groß und tief genug das man richtig schwimmen kann! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alle Absprache haben einwandfrei geklappt! Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine große Gruppe oder mehrere Familien.
