"The house was perfect for a group of people. You could tell a lot of detail and time was put into the house to make it a great experience for guests. "

"We enjoyed this house and grounds very much. The house has very recently been redone with a new kitchen and kitchenette, new flooring, new furniture, towels, linens, etc. the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful. Just outside the front and back door are expanses of lawn where the kids played. Beautiful stone works creates multiple pathways to the lake. The views are beautiful! "We were impressed with how nicely done the interior of this Cabin is! This place has great Amenities and is in great condition. . Having a garage space is also a plus. The Lake lot is very nice with an easy slope down to the lake. Fishing was decent. The Kids liked the little beach play area. The location being close to Alexandria proper is also very convenient "

"Our stay was only a couple nights but it couldnt have been better. This house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. No complaints!!! Would recommend for sure! "

"The Lakeside Retreat is great! Cleanliness is my highest priority and it was clean! It had everything we needed and was located on such a sweet spot.
