"This has been the worst hotel stay we’ve ever been to. Sofa bed mattress was dirty, pool was green, was told they ran out of towels and blankets when I arrived, room phone was broke, staff rude and unprofessional, breakfast potatoes and pork bacon was mixed and when addressed to staff she yelled ..."
