"Firstly, I didn’t make use of the ‘amenities’. I was visiting parents who had moved house so this was literally a place to rest my head. "We had reason to request to move room and the staff were very accommodating and looked after us well - top marks for that. The evening dinner (pie of the day) was actually unexpectedly excellent and the accompanying veggies were nice and crisp - very enjoyable. The only minor quibble was that due to TV mounting it was next to impossible to get a HDMI stick plugged in (something maybe to check into). Anyhow, all in all, nicely situated and a nice place to stay at and all the staff we encountered...
