"They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London. "We requested for three criteria: clean, view and workspace. All matched! Had spent great time during the half term. The place is convenient and close to all daily necessities. Quiet at nights which is important. Would wish to be back again. Well done Charles Hope team. "

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside.
Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am.
The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"This property was a great location in the city center with good transportation, all around. Enough room for a family of five in great amenities. Only downfall we visited in June when it was very hot and after a very long day of sightseeing, the boat was extremely hot with no air movement. Something to consider if visiting during a hot time I think if we visited during cooler days, it would’ve been perfect."

"I wish I could give 0 🌟 because they dont deserve any.
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had.
The property was advertised as a hotel, but it felt more like a house that had been divided into multiple rooms, which was very misleading. During my stay, there was no reliable electricity, the lights went out, the sockets stopped working, and there was no internet access. As a guest, these are basic amenities that should be available and functioning.

"The suite was spacious, quiet & clean. The kitchen well equipped. But no outlet near a mirror to dry your hair, the bathroom was SO narrow and the shower soaks 1/2 the bathroom. The a/c was freezing or off and the lights are on or off for the whole suite (can’t have the lights on in the living room without having them on in the bedroom)."
