The young guy at the concierge went extra mile to help me. "The location is really convenient. There are direct buses from the airport, and the hotel is located just minutes away from the chaotic Tsim Sha Tsui. Perfect for an escape from the crowd. "There were renovations in progress close to our room, causing it to be very noisy. On our arrival, we found it way too noisy. We were moved to a more quiet side of the hotel. Staff very accommodating without an6 hassles."

"We stayed 10 nights at Dorsett for our first time in Hong Kong. The front desk staff, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as staff outside guiding for the shuttle bus services were nothing but kind and welcoming. Very good location, walking distance to MTR, tram station infront of the hotel as well as the free shuttle bus that runs frequently to very convenient areas. We loved HK and hope to be back soon! "

"Abholung am Terminal pünktlich (bay 10). Zimmer Klasse mit Badewanne und WK, ruhig. Auch Frühstück (von 6:30-10:30U.?) war exzellent. Man konnte mit dem Bus auch vom Hotel zur Bahnstation Tung Chung fahren. Dort ist auch ein großes Einkaufszentrum."
