"The staff was very friendly! But for some reason, it takes too long to get checked into this hotel. We stayed there a year ago and it was slow then as well. We had a group of about 10 of us and I was the first one to check in...it took about 15 mins. The room was humid and everything in the room was damp. Most of our group experienced that same issue! Breakfast was not available as supposedly a water main break didn't allow them to have breakfast or even coffee!"

"The room I had was great for traveling with dogs as I got a bottom floor room. However, everything smelled like chemicals. Not like freshly cleaned but almost like a garage. Even the bedding had a smell. The bathtub looked newer and the fixtures were new and clean. The floor was cracked and dirty. Breakfast was good and the area to eat was clean. Great location and good value but one night stay was prob the right amount of time to spend there."

"Front desk worker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We had a toilet that had plumbing issues and after my daughter flushed it two times it overflowed all over our bathroom. They wouldn’t bring us a plunger and it took over an hour for her to send someone to clean it up. She hung up on my daughter the first time we called and asked for assistance."
