"Excellent room. Corner room was very good for work meetings while family slept in adjacent area. Nice kitchenette. Delicious food and drinks both with in room service and poolside. Only issues were cash-only tipping (couldn’t add to bill and pay with credit card), pool was a little crowded, and valet was a zoo during peak checkout times. "

"The breakfast vouchers that were included with my stay included a full breakfast every morning at the Monkeypod restaurant, which was a nice perk. The pool was very crowded with lots of kids and the elevators were often full and had to wait sometimes for one that was not already packed."

"This was a very convenient location in Waikiki. The hotel itself was in good shape with friendly staff and nice amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center, beach towels). There was good food all around the hotel area, and the beach was only a block away. Lots of bus lines run right past the hotel — including the airport bus, so getting around town was easy. "

The valet staff, front desk, concierge, housekeepers, restaurant staff, and beach activity coordinators, including the surf coach, all contributed to our wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, yet we still felt a sense of privacy and tranquility. We will definitely return!"
