"Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay"

"The room was excellent! We could walk to everything we wanted to visit in York, the kitchen had a dishwasher, combined oven and microwave, a washing machine/dryer and lots of utensils and pots and pans.
Also an excellent shower. Basically, everything we needed for our stay.
The only negatives were that it seemed impossible to turn the aircon down despite our best efforts, which meant it was too warm for a comfortable sleep and there was no onsite parking."

"Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered.
The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds.
However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The property is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but in reality it has...

"Lodge was really nice and clean and it was a really nice experience. However a few lights either didn't work or had no bulb in, the hall way light didn't work and when it was dark you couldn't see where you was going and the light outside the hot tub but this wasn't so bad as you had the fairy lights which gave a bit of light. Over all very nice "
