"Spent a week here. The cottage was comfy, spotless, high end finnish. Bed was comfy, nice quality towels, powerful shower lots of hot water. Really quiet off the beaten track. About 8 mins walk is a pub called the hare and hounds, really welcoming, does great food and will do you a takeaway. Would go back again"

"A lovely cottage in a great location. The cottage has everything you need and the bedrooms are a good size too. There are several uneven, steep steps walking up to the cottage so I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are unsteady on their feet. The owners left some biscuits and milk on the fridge which was a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future when visiting Whitby."

"The hot tub was fantastic and inside which was great, lovely and relaxing. The cottage was really beautiful, upside down which I loved. Very peaceful, but there were mouldy patches around the base of the shower and we noticed a few cobwebs. We couldn't find a bowl for use in the microwave. Just a couple of small niggles really. We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely couple of days."
