"First I only booked the room due to it advertising that there was a hot tub. False they do not. I mentioned that and the front desk said there’s nothing they do for advertisement. The room keys didn’t work so they switched our rooms and again the room keys stopped working, went to take a hot bath and the tub had rust along with the faucets, I took pictures and showed the front desk and they said that had do with house keeping. "Things happen.. found used condom on bedroom floor which they came the very next morning and cleaned our entire suite for us. The staff and housekeeping were very nice. The pullout isn’t for an adult. Had stains which I bought stuff to clean it but my 18 year old son had to sleep on small couch with legs on floor and he is 6 feet tall and scoliosis so basically no bed. The mattress for the pullout was very thin and bar in middle of it stuck in his back. The gym was nice and we liked the hotel...
