"We had booked a superior suite, but we're accidentally placed in a standard suite the first night. We raised the error and the management was quick to resolve by giving us an upgrade to a grande suite. Both rooms were very clean and spacious, with nice big beds. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to receive tea and coffee each day even if you chose to not have the room cleaned. "It was such a pleasure to check-in to the property after coming from my friend's beautiful Vienna apartment....BUT had a smoker below her! I was greeted by lovely woman at the front desk who gave me a brand newly renovated room. I could smell the fresh paint and new wood on the floors. The staff were magnificent from check-in to checkout and they went over and above to ensure our stay was as near to perfect as possible. , The breakfast was wonderful and we also dined in the restaurant one evening and the good and service was first class.
