  • Welcome to The Farm at Hyde Park; a micro farm experience like no other. The Calf Pen is a newly remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath home done with country charm and open space both inside and out. Bring your tent(s) and let the kids camp in the spacious yard. Or, pitch a party tent and have your backyard wedding with room to spare.
    This spring we are planting the expanded berry patches and the new raised vegetable/herb gardens. Come stay and enjoy locally made honeys, jams and syrups along with fresh farm produce.
    If the dates you are looking for in the Calf Pen are not available check to see if the Church (2 bed, 1 bath) is available (VRBO ID 3050854) which is another home on the farm property. A third home, the Chicken Coop (VRBO ID: 4388890) may also have the dates you seek.
    If you desire a date that is not yet available for booking please contact us and we can unlock and allow for a booking more than 6 months in advance.

Fresh flowers on the table, local honey and other products are all part if the experience. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms are super nice.

This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our weekend stay. There were wonderful farm items left for us to enjoy and samples from local purveyors. There was a very helpful guide of various things to do in the area which is how we learned about the Milea Estate Vineyard. It was beautiful and would highly recommend. We also enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor deck. We are already talking about returning soon!

Perfect quiet spot

The property was very convenient for an event we had traveled to and it was a welcome relaxing spot at the end of a couple of long days. All we needed for a comfortable stay was supplied from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom.

Very nice home. Everything was wonderful, especially the back deck at night. We didn't spend much time in the house, as we were there for work, but it was very comfortable for sleeping, with all the conveniences we needed. Super nice host too!

Our week at Hyde Park farm was wonderfully remarkable from start to finish-we did not want to leave the beauty, serenity, and convenience.The host was exceptional throughout our stay:he welcomed us with fresh produce and encouraged us to pick what we wanted from his beautiful raised beds. We had to call him one evening with several tech related questions (we’re troglodytes) and he came immediately with answers. The night before our departure a freak storm took out the power -our host made sure we were set with lanterns, etc. The kitchen was well stocked-from staples to cookware. Paper products, linens, etc were also plentiful. We had planned to travel with our beloved black Labrador -who would have loved the host, the land, and exploring the woods; but we decided against it last minute because it was just (unseasonably) too hot. In short, this is a top flight country property in the midst of a town with a first rate host.

Excellent experience in beautiful setting

Lovely large space. Clean and accomodating with farm treats of fresh eggs milk and honey thrown in! I recommend getting off the beaten path for a relaxing and quiet stay!

Great property with all the amenities in serene setting. Glen was a fabulous, attentive host. He managed to have the deer grazing around the back deck on our first morning!

Country living

What a great stay my husband and I and our two dogs had at this farm. We were welcomed with fresh eggs, milk, vegetables, honey and maple syrup. Great location if you want to explore the Hudson Valley or have a stay at Omega.

Very nice stay here

Great location to see Hyde Park and environs. Attentive and conscientious host. Large accommodation, excellent kitchen, very comfortable and well done baths. Host gifted us with farm eggs and local milk and honey/maple syrup, which was a nice touch. Enjoyed our week here.

Wonderful Accommodations

Glen was very responsive to our request. Place was very clean and well stocked. We had a great time at the sheep and wool festival and the Calf Pen was the perfect place to stay. The outside patio was great for knitting and relaxing away from the crowds.

Updated house in quiet location

Our family stayed here for a few days, and it was really a perfect place to host a gathering of extended family members. Glen was so accommodating of our requests, and we really appreciated his flexibility. This vrbo is perfect for family staying who need a large kitchen and want to have outdoor gatherings on the deck. We will definitely be staying again with Glen!
