"This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in the area. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are friendly, and they serve a great breakfast. Plus, there’s a Starbucks right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The large outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing on sunny days, and I definitely look forward to staying here again."

"The experience can be divided in two parts. Part A-First day, Friday night Terrible room, cigarette odor, bathroom door won’t open, A/C was noisy at night and was hard to sleep. Front desk response was a disaster. No other room, no solution for the door, limited air deodorizer and no solution for the A/C room. Part B, Saturday morning Much better response from the front desk. Got a new room, normal bathroom door, good working A/C. Overall, average experience, not typical Hilton."

"The hotel is pet friendy which is great. But on their website they dont tell you that there is a non refundable pet charge. I can see not getting it back if the pet damages the room with pet hair from shedding, or pet smell, or pet messes. But my pet doesnt shed, is trained and left no damage. In that case i believe you should get the 70 pet charge returned. The same as if adults dont damage a room, the fee is returned."

"The room was FILTHY. Immediately upon entering the room the couch was filthy. They as we walked in there was still trash on the floor, the carpet was nasty, bathroom shower was sketchy and I’m pretty sure as we were leaving we found BLACK MOLD in the closet. I would never stay here again. It is definitely a health hazard."

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"

Issues were: 1) 3 PM check in came and went while we were waiting in the lobby starting at 2:30 PM. We needed to ask again whether the room was ready when it was 3 PM. The answer was "I do not know; housekeeping didn't get back to me". Another man at the front desk did follow through and we got into our room at 3 PM. 2) Bed creaked every time we moved.
