Only one mile to Red Hook ferry and over a dozen restaurants, bars, stores, and gym. 24 hour taxi transportation is available from the resort to anywhere on the Island. Host was very attentive and accommodating. Unit was in a nice, walkable area. One small gripe was the odd smell, even when the dehumidifier was on. Kinda reminded me of a basement, but it wasn’t like that all the time. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment I walked in, I knew this condo was going to be everything I hoped for and it exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom had double sinks and a fantastic shower, and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed for meals.The location couldn’t be better! Just steps from the marina and only a quick walk to the beach. Waking up to that stunning view was the highlight of every morning. The building is peaceful, everyone on staff was so kind, and the pool area is a hidden gem. Don’t miss a sunrise at the beach, It’s absolutely magical.The little extras made a big difference. Snorkel gear, pool floaties, extra sunscreen, and a fully equipped kitchen were all provided. Communication with the host was flawless. Quick responses and super clear check-in instructions. Red Hook is only a few minutes away for dining, shopping, and excursions & the ferries to other islands which made everything so easy.I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The price was amazing for what you get, and I can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Virgin Islands. You will love it!”

Great Location

Overall impressed with our stay, only complaint was that it was too short. The beach/Resort & Marina have everything you need for your trip. Condo had impressive views of the Marina with easy access to beach and pools. Great first experience on the island!

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The property seemed to be under construction.Equipment and piles of parts everywhere. Its in a good location to explore other areas of the island. Lost power our last nights there and this lead to other problems.

Everything we hoped for

This was our first trip to the USVI and we had an absolute blast. So glad we did our homework and found this condo. Location was excellent. And the proximity to the ferry to St. John and red Hook was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again. We didn’t really have any communication with the host because we didn’t need to. Thank you for the accurate listing. Hope to see you again soon.

This place is definitely not "premium"

Needs a serious deep cleaning and updates. Bathtub/shower drain very slow leaving you standing in water.It's dark and dreary with the exception of the bathroom.Mold on shower curtain and around tub.Stains on carpet. Two male bathing suits left on patio furniture. Closet to hang up your clothes is tiny and full of stuff like vacuum, mop, swimming stuff etc Tvs don't work. It has a dehumidifier that they expect you to empty. We have been coming to St. Thomas for the past 14 years and this is the worst place we have ever stayed at. My wife has 2 bruises/cuts on her legs because of the bed frame design that is easy to walk into. Very heavy dust in louver partition.

Views of the marina and beyond…

We had a wonderful stay. The location is by the marina so it’s an easy walk to the beach (1min) and the pool. The entire Sapphire property is great. The only downside was the screen door on the balcony which was very difficult to open and close. We had a great week!!!

Beautiful area and our accommodations were quite adequate. However the weather was disappointing because it rained everyday which obviously was unfortunate. One issue we had - the complex ran out of water!! And more importantly, we were not advised by the management or our host. We happened to hear from other guests

Taste of Paradise

This property and the resort were awesome. The ac worked great and we had everything we needed. The view was as advertised, looking right out of the marina. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach and the resort amenities were great. I think that this is one of the best locations in St. Thomas.

Beautiful

Our visit was amazing. The property was exactly as described. Everything you need is in the resort area. Taxis are available for most of the day and into the night. Our host Peter was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions almost immediately. We will definitely recommend this to anyone we know.
