Northside Studio vacation rental

Our quiet residential neighborhood is centrally located in the hills of beautiful St. Thomas United States Virgin Islands. We are located 10 minutes to and from the airport and downtown Charlotte Amalie. From your unit, enjoy amazing views of the Charlotte Amalie Harbor, Hassel Island, Water Island, Marriott Frenchman's Reef Hotel and so much more.

There is a lot to see and do on this beautiful island such as sightseeing, soaking up the sun on the crystal clear beaches, taking a day trip to our sister island of St. John or just shopping in downtown St. Thomas. You will be happy with any one you choose.

The view from your patio is breathtaking and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or just simply watch the cruise ships enter and leave the harbor. Watch the sun set at night or star gaze. Whatever you choose, its a great place to unwind after a busy day in Charlotte Amalie.

Place very small just one room

Pics make you think it’s different rooms but nope it’s all one room the patio is bigger then the place you sleep. Some Towels had hair on them the blanket had stains. Only think the view was beautiful if that matters more than the other things I listed. Next time we will stay on the resorts.

The property was in a very quiet area. I liked the all-white walls and awesome ceiling. It was very clean. The A/C was excellent, and the internet was easy to connect to. Jennifer was an excellent host going above and beyond.

Jennifer was an exceptional host, going above and beyond. The rooms were clean and white, very comfortable bed. The A/C worked very well. Easy access to the internet.

The view was great, but...

The view was great but there were several issues, conflicting check-in directions, dirty dishes, and a water leak. The host was very responsive and seemed nice but overall did not feel like the place was worth the price, especially if you plan on cooking.

Our honest opinion ….

The outside patio wasn’t too bad, the view seemed nice, and it was easy to find but in my opinion it wasn’t worth the price. The cottage is extremely small, and there’s no privacy whatsoever. People were outside walking around. The walls are very very thin so we heard EVERYTHING the neighbors did and said. That made us a bit uncomfortable so we tried to whisper or say nothing at all and that wasn’t working out for us. We had a slight issue with our trip and we contacted Jenny with hopes that everything would go smoothly but she wasn’t cooperative and she left us on “read” and blatantly ignored me instead of resolving the situation in a professional manner. Overall, It was very disappointing especially seeing how much “good reviews” this unit have. 😕

Our host, Jenny, was kind and accommodating. The views are breathtaking. It’s kind of deep into the mountain but extremely worth it. Towels, soaps, some snorkel gear, beach gear, utensils, and cooking ware are all provided. Satellite TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime are all connected as well so you can have some downtime. A great experience.

Wonderful place to stay

Jenny waited to greet us after our rental car was delayed which turned a rough start into a great welcome to the island! Being in the middle of St Thomas gives you access to never being too far away from anything, although I think having your own rental car is key. Take your pick of beaches and sights to visit during the day and then retreat back to the quiet peacefulness of the Four Corners to take in breathtaking views of the harbor from the patio. We can't wait to come back for another trip and would absolutely like to return to this rental!

The views!

Nice cozy condo in the mountains overlooking the water. The views were stunning and we enjoyed them every morning and night over coffee and drinks. The steep roads leading up to the condo were difficult at first but easy to adjust to. The stay was great and Jenny was amazing to work with. She responded quickly to all our inquiries and was very accommodating. One recommendation would be to address the stove or gas line as it was not operational during our stay.

Budget Friendly with a View

Jenny was a fantastic host, super friendly and accommodating. Her property was a great value, and the view was amazing. It is definitely an adventure getting up the mountain from the airport, so be prepared for that.

Perfection from start to finish.

This property was exactly what was listed and Jenny is an incredible host. The space has everything you needed down to some beach chairs & towels to use. Jenny even had her husband bring out the bbq so my husband could grill, even though we did not get to it sadly. The view is outstanding, birds sing you to sleep and you have every comfort needed. Jenny gives recommendations and is always a text away if you need anything. We will stay here anytime we come to St. Thomas.

Jenny’s residence offered such a great experience and she was very accommodating... the ac was very comforting when coming in after a long day. The place offered everything that we needed and had a bonus of amazing views. We woke up and enjoyed our morning drinks on her balcony each day. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Absolutely breathtaking views! Quiet exceptionally clean, hot shower, kitchen, comfy bed with everything you need for your stay. Jenny is the perfect host and very attentive. Since the property is up in the hills overlooking Charlotte Amalie a 15 min taxi ride is required so check with Jenny first as not every taxi goes there. And you will need a pickup when leaving. If you do that its well worth it and you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars!

Great view, close to Mountain Top.

Comfortable for our short stay. Bed is comfortable, and you can hear sounds of nature outside. Need a rental car if you want freedom to roam about, as the road up to the house is narrow, with no sidewalks.

Wonderful cottage!

We had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights at this lovely cottage with beautiful views. Jenny was so kind and quick to respond to any questions we had and also to make good recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here is your are so lucky to be in St. Thomas.
