A fully renovated condo in Sapphire Beach Resort, overlooking the marina with St. John in the backround is ready to welcome you! Walk into this stunning condo and you will notice the sparkling blue water from the marina through the floor to ceiling glass sliders.

One of the rare two bedroom units at Sapphire, the first floor boasts a large kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and full bathroom! Head up the steps to the large master bedroom with King bed and balcony, full bathroom with shower and a second guest room with queen bed!

Sapphire Beach is the premier beach and marina location in all of St. Thomas. It offers water sports and great snorkeling, a beach bar and grill (burgers, fish tacos, sandwiches, and salads), Beach Buzz Coffee Bar and a pool overlooking the ocean.

- Only 5 minutes from Red Hook (restaurants, bars and ferry to St. John)

For your beach day activities, there are beach chairs supplied for you to take to other beaches, but while at Sapphire you can ask a beach attendant to set up the lounge chairs for you on the beach. It's included for all guests of Sapphire! There is also a cooler and beach towels.

There are paddleboards and kayaks available to rent at the dive shop on the beach. In addition, the on-site marina offers jet ski rentals, powerboat trips, fishing charters, sunset cruises and more.

Concierge Services provided by Sunswept Property Management - we can help you plan all aspects of your vacation -- day boat charters, fishing excursions, snorkel tours, Island Jeep tours, Massage therapists that come to you, grocery deliveries, private chef services and mid-stay housekeeping services. All you need to do is ask!

Island Charm - We do suffer power outages occasionally and while we hope this doesn't happen while you are visiting, know that Sapphire Beach Resort does not have a generator. While it may be inconvenient, no refunds will be given for any power outages during your stay.

There is no washer and dryer in this unit for guest use. There is a laundry room in the marina building and tokens can be purchased from marina.

We absolutely loved this condo. Very clean. Very well decorated. Had everything we needed. We did not cook, but saw the pots and pans and utensils. Carrie was responsive to all my questions very quickly. We all enjoyed the unit and would recommend to anyone.

Great Trip

The condo was very clean and exactly as described. It was equipped with everything we needed, and more. The walk to the pool and beach were just a short walk, just a short drive to Red Hook for resturants, the ferry, etc.

Spring Break getaway

Beautiful, clean, property with amazing views. Watch the sunrise over St John’s from your private balcony! Good location close to Red Hook for Ferry’s or shopping. Well stocked but noteworthy there is not a dryer as shown in photos. It does have a washing machine. Perfect spot for our family!

Beautiful Beach, Dumpy Surroundings

Sapphire Beach is beautiful beach, but the grounds have been neglected. The condo is nice, but also needs improvement. The beds and towels were great quality. However, it falls short on not providing a lockable safe, blackout curtains, Live TV, no TV in bedroom, no closets, no alarm clock, poor beach chairs and the lower bathroom had a louvered door. Next time I would opt for a nicer place and visit Sapphire Beach.

Accommodating

The condo was everything we needed. It had a beautiful view, especially at sunrise. It was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Hosts provided very good communication throughout the process and was very accommodating.

Chula Vista

Very clean. The beach is across the parking lot. Very close to Red Hook which has amazing restaurants and a variety of options. The kitchen is small but has a lot of extras. Would definitely stay here again

Location is perfect

We loved this place. The unit was lovely and liked the layout. Parking was easily accessible. You are within walking distance of the beach. I would stay here again, everything was handled smoothly, and the communication was great. Overall, great views, a clean unit, a great location, very nice host.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Chula Vista! The location was perfect, steps away from the beach and a short drive to red hook to catch the ferry to St. John. The condo was clean and very spacious. We can’t wait to plan our next visit to Chula Vista!

Not Enough Words to Describe

There are not enough words to describe our stay at Chula Vista. The property was perfect for our family of 4. The view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out. We were walking distance from a beautiful beach and dining. As well as a short drive from other quiet beaches and dining. Chula Vista had everything you needed for the beach including beach towels, sand toys, bug spray and a beach bag to carry everything in. Having a separate living area downstairs from the bedrooms was perfect for us all to have a little down time in the evenings or to stay up and sleep in as little or as much as we wanted too. It was so hard to say goodbye to our home away from home. We can't wait to go back.

Snorkel Fun

This was our second time staying at sapphire beach. It is in a great location with lots of things to do. The pool area is nice, there is good snorkeling right from shore, and a nice beach area. The condo was nice and had everything we needed to have a nice stay. We will will definitely be going back to St Thomas again.

Loved it !

The property manager Carrie is a delight to work with. Very responsive, which I truly appreciated and accommodating. The outside of the resort is a tiny bit outdated but the inside was refurbished and super nice. Beautiful Saint Thomas beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Island Vacation

We enjoyed staying in this property. It was perfect to visit with my family member who lives in one of the other buildings at Sapphire Village year round. Great view from the main bedroom! Perfect to go to sleep and wake up to the marina and island views. Well equipped for all our needs. Lots of extras in terms of what was available for use in the unit!
