Ritz Carlton Residence is AMAZING!! The interior and exterior have been completely redone. The views of St. John and the BVI’s are gorgeous. This is a luxury condo with all the amenities you would expect from the Ritz Carlton Brand. This is the best time of year to get away on an incredible vacation. We have owned this residence for 20+ years and it is the best vacation spot for adults or families. We recently returned from a trip that included World Class Fishing and some of the best snorkeling anywhere.
We can provide suggestion on just about everything to make your stay the greatest trip ever. We own a 2-bedroom residences. The residence was renovated and refurbished after the hurricanes of 2017 and is 1627 sf with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is also a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counters, dining area, living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space and a powder room. The residence has two oceanfront balconies 1 for dining and 1 off the master bedroom and the second bedroom as a very large private patio area. You can relax overlooking the turquoise waters or by the beach or a pool. Snorkel and Fishing Rentals pick you up right at the beach. You can rent a car to see to take a trip to one of the Top 10 Beaches in the world, Magen’s Bay. Or drive to town for some of the best shopping in the islands. There is so much to see and do or just choose to relax near the residence.
Great Bay has some of the best snorkeling around right off your beach. Activities including Hobie Cats, Paddleboards and Kayaking are available. The gym is large with plenty of equipment for all fitness levels.
The residence property has 1 large pool, an adult only pool and a child lap pool. In addition, there are 2 hot tubs that over-look Great Bay. On the hotel side there is one large infinity pool and hot tub.
Dining?? Great Bay Restaurant is Open and is on the top floor of one of the residences. The food is fabulous, and the view is even better. Coconut Cove is also a great beach side Restaurant and Bar with a fantastic menu and buffets on select nights. Want to cook in your room? The residence has a gourmet kitchen! Make a meal and enjoy it on your private balcony or luxurious dining room. We can even give you the name of a chef who will cook for you in the room. Don’t worry about cleaning up because there is twice a day maid service. Also take advantage of the personal concierge to arrange any dinners and activities you may choose. Plan early and your concierge will stock your room with all your favorite selections of foods and beverages. We can help you navigate your way to the best experience you could ask for. Kids? Bring them because there is a lot to do. Want to get away from the kids….no problem there are some of the quietest spots you can find just footsteps away.
