YOUR ST. SIMONS VACATION HOME
This St. Simons vacation rental is what happens when someone overdoes it—the right way. Courtyard Villas E-5 has been taken apart, rebuilt, and reloaded with everything we’d ever want in a beach rental: Casper mattresses, a jetted tub with bidet, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and gigantic smart TVs in every room. Apparently, moderation isn’t our thing. The plan was to live here, obviously… but then we adopted two really big dogs. In moderation.
The layout is open and social. The kitchen peers straight across the dining table into the living room, so you can enlist the whole crew to help prep dinner. They can peel shrimp—even if they “have” to see the football game. There’s even an acoustic guitar—for that one friend confident enough to play Wonderwall.
Outside, the private patio is oversized for a condo—room for lounging, late-night storytelling, and letting the dog taste some freedom. Great muscadines out back—sweet Southern grapes you either haven’t tried or remember well—but don’t blame me if your mother told you not to eat things you found on the ground. And the grill? It’s a sleeper hit. Nothing fancy—just hot in the way real grillers notice.
Just steps from your front door, the Courtyard Villas pool gets full sun and stays warm from spring through fall.
You’re less than a mile from the King and Prince beach access, and even closer to Pier Village—where the Wild Georgia shrimp is fresh, St. Simons Sweets smells like childhood, and Murphy’s Tavern still plays bands loud enough to rattle your fillings and make the wood paneling hum. Drinks are dirt cheap, but bring cash—the credit card minimum is twenty bucks, and you're definitely not spending that much unless you're buying for the band.
