Oceanside, Top & Center at Pier Pointe-10% off most of yr for 7 or more nights

(A 10 percent discount is given for 7 or more nights, with the exception of peak season.) Watch as occasional International ships pass your "window on the sea" ---with seaside less that 100 feet from your huge balcony--- as they enter St.Simons Island Sound enroute to Brunswick Harbor. From the large lanai/balcony. and from the den, master bedroom, or pool area, observe dophins playing in the Atlantic. This top floor condo (Penthouse) is part of a 14 unit condo complex (Pier Pointe) with gated entrances but no obstructions between it and the beautiful Ocean. (Please note, this condo is on the third floor & is accessible only by stairs.) The Pool is also ocean side. Swedish beech wood covers all floors with the exception of the baths, where solid porcelain tile abounds. All counter tops in baths and in the kitchen are beautifully enhanced with granite. A genuine leather sofa and loveseat complement your desire for seaside comfort. Enjoy fishing from the nearby Pier, walking miles of beaches (accessible in front of this complex)or shopping or dining in the neighboring "Village", famous for its quaint shops and restaurants! Please note: This condo is one of 2 units in this complex with a full-size ocean side balcony/lanai. (It is the only one of this larger size on the third/top floor.) The views are breathtaking, and, in fact, this very balcony was featured in the November, 2014, issue of a popular travel magazine.

Beautiful Condo

We truly enjoyed this condo. It was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. We loved the balcony right on the water and the proximity to town was wonderful for being able to walk to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo right on the water, wonderful, huge balcony and comfortable furniture inside and out. Steps away from restaurants, pier park, the light house, and the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean and furnished with very nice linens - you feel more like a house guest than a renter. We do a lot of cooking and found the kitchen provisions slightly lacking in that regard, but we're likely outliers in that respect and we did make do. Everything else exceeded expectations in every way, and we particularly appreciated the very comfortable bed.

Anniversary/summer vacation

This is our third trip to Saint Simons Island and second time staying at Pier Pointe. We absolutely love it. The location is perfect. It is right next to the pier and walking distance to great restaurants. While at the condo, we spent most of our time on the balcony. The big ships coming and going is quite a site to see.

Terrific third floor unit (no elevator but it was a short walk), beautiful direct ocean view from an amazing balcony. Very clean and well decorated! Will stay again.

Anniversary trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze. We were given all the info ahead of time & had no issues. We are both very particular about cleanliness & this condo was spotless. We felt like guests in someones home rather than a vacation rental. It was just as pictured. Very tastefully decorated but you also felt quite comfortable relaxing, there. The oceanfront balcony was wonderful & where we spent most of our time. We would highly recommend & will definitely stay there again when we return to St. Simons.

We spent Easter week at this beautiful condo and were blown away. Our favorite spot, obviously, was the large balcony overlooking the pier and the water. We slept with doors open and felt like we were sleeping on a yacht. The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen well appointed. On Easter morning, we woke up to the sounds of activity on the pier and quickly got dressed and headed out to attend the sunrise service. It was cold and windy (the rest of our week had been summer-like) and there were hundreds in attendance. It was one of many highlights and we hope to return next year.

Great Rental!!

So happy we chose this rental! So comfortable, every amenity you can think of, views of pier and water felt like you were on a boat, close to shops and restaurants, easy walk to east beach, it had it all! We enjoyed exploring, learning the history and admiring the beauty of this beautiful island. Would suggest the St Simons trolley tour, finding the tree spirits and a day trip to Jekyll Island (driftwood beach at low tide). Watching the huge freighter ships go by and sunsets from the huge balcony was a bonus! Loved this rental!

Great location

This is a lovely condo in a great location. It is roomy and is well equipped. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's close to the pier, a park, and a walkway along the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time at St. Simons Island!

Best Location on St. Simons

This is the second time we have rented this condo. Everything is walkable. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. Watching the big freighters coming and going is our favorite pass time. We wouldn't stay anywhere else l Faye Franklin NC
