Oceanfront Condominium with Great Amenities

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beach Club 106 has undergone a stunning renovation with fresh modern furnishings, gorgeous updated bathrooms, a sleek contemporary kitchen, hardwood floors, and complimentary in-room high speed internet service. Beach Club 106 is located on the north side of the building a short distance to the stairs and elevator leading to the courtyard, pools and beach.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Relaxing getaway

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Grounds were well maintained. Loved the bikes we were able to get with gear credit that was included. Able to walk or ride to a variety of restaurants and shops. Made use of fitness room as well. Easy check in and check out.

We had a great time during our stay. It was in a great location with access to the beach and pool. However, the bed in the master bedroom squeaked, and the two of the pillows on the bed were stained. The water pressure in the master bathroom shower could have been stronger. Although, the rest of the condo was clean, and nicely decorated.

Nice just needs…

The area was really nice and we enjoyed the location. The condo was just like the pictures and we think the beach was great! We have two complaints. First, the beds were so uncomfortable as well as the couch and chairs. The most comfortable spot was the loungers by the pool. Secondly, the garage for trashcans was below us and we couldn’t enjoy sitting on porch b/c of the overwhelming trash smell. We closed the garage door and apparently the maintenance man didn’t like it and kept coming by to open it. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning back to this unit, but possibly another one away from the trash garage.

The property was much better then even the pictures, and the master bath was amazing. Check in and all communication was easy. The whole property was great and the beach was wonderful. This will be someplace we will definitely come back to.

2021 Family Vacay

St Simon’s Island did not bless us with good weather as it rained almost all week but we were able to alter our plans and find plenty to do. Loved the island the people and the Ocean Beach Club experience. Condo was clean & very well put together. The location is perfect close enough to bike or walk to several places. Will definitely put this in our go back to list.

Cozy but noisy

Most would say the property needs updating. I happen to love the decor. It’s cozy! The rooms are a great size and the master bath is huge. My girls enjoyed bubble baths every night in the large tub. But, The unit is dated and needs some repairs to make it feel “cleaner”. Not an entire update, but new tile and shower door. The biggest issue for us was the master bed backed up to the trash chute and it was so loud early every morning. And bring lots of beach towels because to wash and dry 4 towels took forever in the tiny stackable washer/dryer.
