Enjoyed our stay

The condo was very spacious. It was well stocked with linens, towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was also very clean decorated nicely. Candice was very helpful, friendly. I enjoyed my conversations with her. We would love to return.

Great place to stay

We really felt comfortable in the apartment and neighborhood. It is clean and has everything you need while there. Close to restaurants and a grocery store and a short drive to main street. Candace was very kind and communicable.

Almost perfect for us!

Everything was clean, and it was everything it was listed as. It was almost perfect but I have a bad back and the master bed for me was not great. I spent most of my stay sleeping on the floor. AGAIN, the bed is probably just a me thing and everyone is different, I would rent it again with.no regrets

Amazing and Comfortable Stay

This is my second stay at this property and I will always check its availability for my next trip to St. Simon’s. The host is very accommodating and responds to communications quickly. The home is cozy and great for a longer stay.

Great Host

Candace was a great host and communicated very well. The property was just as the listing said it was and was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the gated community and the pool. The condo was very clean and was located minutes from anything and everything. We will definitely use her again in the future.

SSI Never Disappoints

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the beach, the pool, bike rides, and eating fantastic food. The condo had everything we needed to be refreshed. We look forward to returning in the future!

Nice stay in a cozy condo

We had a great time in this rental. It was a lovely, comfortable condo in a nice, small property where it was easy to walk our dog around. It was conveniently located on the island where we could get in and out quickly and visit the sites we wanted to see. The unit had everything we needed. We really enjoyed it and the owner was very quick to respond every time we reached out.
